I have been going to this shop and seeing Tina every 3 weeks for the past 5 years, and I can tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have a crazy work schedule where my days are constantly changing and every time I have to make a change with my appointments, they are super accommodating and polite. Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had.  The technicians were all talking loudly to each other nonstop and one of them was even talking very loudly on a speakerphone.  I requested the "hot stone pedicure" and the technician did not do the  pedicure as described in the menu.  She skipped steps and did not do the massage and the stones were ice cold.  She hurt me repeatedly by scraping my ankles with the pumice and being overly aggressive with filing.  I had to ask her several times to please be careful.  She did my manicure while I was still sitting in pedicure chair which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.  Nail filings were falling all over the place, including on my purse and shoes which were sitting on the floor.    Worst of all the technicians took 3 chunks out of my fingers by cutting cuticles incorrectly.  These injuries bled significantly and I wasnt even offered a tissue or bandaid.  I will never go to this salon again and would never recommend it. This is a terrible picture of my nails but I had gone in on Monday and gotten the dip manicure...the manicurist was rushing and left the bottom part of all of my nails free from polish..my nails looked short and halfway done. When i went back just 4 days later to get them redone, the workers could not have been more rude to me. They did not believe that it had only been 4 days and they were not apologetic about the quality of my manicure i had received. I do not recommend this place. Read Less

This is my favorite nail salon in the St. Charles area! They are friendly and not crazy expensive! I love the pedicures and dip gel nails here! The only problem I have had is with the acrylics. My acrylic nails fall off within a week but other than that they are great! Read Less

Worst manicure of my life!!! Do not go here. Horrible color selection, the staff is rude, I only got cuticle lotion on one hand, she was hasty in her work and she was adamant I signed my credit card receipt before she was done, probably so she could see what her tip was going to be. I recently visited this nail shop about three weeks ago and only one employee was friendly to me , she did a great job to my eye brows so I decided to come back. Today I go in and ask if she's there they tell me she's not there until next week. But there's someone else there that can do my eye brows. The manager lets me walk all the way to the back where they directed me just to tell me I can come back because the lady is scared of me. Excuse me? I'm not sure if it was because I'm a African American or what! But I proceed to ask why would she be scared of me? The manager tells me because she's not sure she will do a good job. Why would you offer a paying customer someone who isn't sure if their capable of doing the job! You could of told me that when I walked in instead you waited until I asked for a certain someone and walk all the way to the back to tell me she's scared of me. I've never received that treatment before in my life , I work in those area. Everyone is nice , until my second visit here. I walked in the manager didn't speak to me for about two minutes an employee from the back just walked up to me and said "how can I help you?" No how are you today, hi my name is, nothing. I tip and pay for whatever services I receive so I will not be returning to this location ever again! Read Less

I have been coming here for a few years since it's close to my home but around every third service I say I will never return.  Today was one of those days.  This is a shame because this salon has very nice décor and is very clean but the service is so inconsistent.  Today's experience was one of the worst with the lady who was doing my pedicure answered her phone and proceeded to talk for over 5 minutes.  Even though there was a serious language barrier, I finally got her attention and asked that she hang up, which she understood.  The pedicure is very sloppy and I had polish on my toes that I removed  myself when I got home.  It was a very disappointing experience. Hey Nail Crew, if you're listening, PLEASE GET NEW MASSAGE CHAIRS. PLEASE. I rarely get the opportunity to get a pedicure and the last 2 times I've been here I get a broken chair that doesn't massage. The tech says "it works". Yeah, the heat and vibration work. It's 100 degrees outside. I don't need the f'ing HEAT and the massage rollers don't work. Thanks for a NOT relaxing experience. Havent gotten gel nails in a few years. Stopped by Nail Crew and the (younger) gentleman who did my nails did a fabulous job. Price was fair for gel nails and I made sure to tip well because he did such a good job. Kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure my nails looked perfect. Read Less

Was told they could do a pedicure right then on the phone, then waited 20 minutes to start service. Pick my color they were out. Pick another we returned with something completely different. Then we can grab a similar color to what I pick it was extremely translucent so I told her I didn't like it and so yelled and me to get up and chose another color myself. Yuck. Not returning. I like the staff at Nail Crew-Mid Rivers. They are all very friendly. The store is really beautiful and modern, and VERY clean. My nails are always exactly how I like them and they use good quality products. They do like to argue with me about how short I keep my nails, which can be irritating sometimes, but I find that to be true across all nail salons. Read Less

I had a gift certificate for a mani and pedicure. I upgraded to the gel and they charged me $16!!! To top it off she forgot to put alcohol over my gel and they got ruined. They are way over priced and I will never be going back. Read Less

Super disappointed. The lady did t get all of my previous gel color off my nails - which was a dark gray. I was getting a light pink today so now there are bits of the dark gray showing through. Why did I pay $20 for that ? Read Less

We had an appointment at 6 and didn't get back until 6:30. The pedicures were kinda pricey but I paid extra for a honey scrub that included an extra 5 minute massage. NOT worth it. They literally did my whole pedicure in 10 min. Was not impressed or really even satisfied. Will not be back. Read Less

Came in to have one nail fixed that had just fallen completely off. The woman fixing my nail was in a hurry because they were closing shortly, but I only needed a quick procedure and they said it would be no problem. She put her coat on and starting packing her things while my gel was under the light. To me, that's extremely rude, but that's not even the problem here. She was filing down my acrylic nail so quickly, she made my finger bleed. I said "ummm...I'm bleeding...." She just said "oh. Sorry" and kept going. Didn't do anything about it. I made an appointment for a bridal party for four girls manicure and pedicures. We got to the salon at the time of the appointment that we made so we could get our nails and toes done together at the same time and the lady in charge rushed us, was short and had an attitude. This place used to be my favorite nail salon but I won't be back and neither will the other girls in the bridal party. Read Less

HORRIBLE QUALITY, do not go here! I showed the lady a picture of the nail shape I wanted and not only do my nails look nothing like the shape of the ones in the photo, they are all uneven and filed on the sides way too much. The nails look too "skinny" for my fingers because she wouldn't stop filing. I have never had service this bad and I have been to almost every nail salon in the area. Read Less

They do not sterilize their instruments between patrons. Several different nail techs have filed my skin off to where it bled using both the drill bit and the buffer. My hands & feet hurt when I leave. I'm done trying to find a good tech here. It's too bad because I had been going there for many years. Read Less
