I've gone there a total of 3x and will never go back. They are constantly pressuring you into getting other things to where its an annoyance. The females are very rude extremely rough. They also do not listen to what you as the customer want, they just try to add more money to ur bill. Lastly the jacked my real nails up so bad that im missing chuncks of skin and nail. After only 1 week my nails were already chipping and snagging on everything.

Got very rough with me after that. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK...NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....WORST JOB IVE EVER HAD IN MY YEARS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE

Wish I could give zero stars! Went with my wedding party for my wedding and it was an awful experience. Instead of listening to what I wanted they just kept pushing the dip nails. All I wanted was white tips with gel, no to the dip. She then started to just do plain gel and paint on the white tips. When I said that was not what I wanted she got angry and was very rough with me and filed the sides of my nails so much that my fingers were cut. I Will NEVER go back! Also, over priced for the crappy/rude service that was done.

Would have given it a zero if possible. My wife went in for some pampering and came out with the worst pedicure ever. My 7 yr old daughter could have done better!

I’ve been here 4 times now and I’m slightly disappointed every time. My nails look okay when I leave there, but every time I get home and look closely I see lots of imperfections. This time I got acrylic nails with a coffin shape and they look scuffed and uneven, and the sides of my nails are all different angles, making each nail more crooked than the next. $24 isn’t bad for a full set but I’m not putting up with mediocre nails any more. I won’t be coming back.

This review is a long time coming from an experience a couple of years ago. When daughter had a manicure that went bad within a couple of hours, he admonished me instead of offering to redo. The French Manicure gel turned blue. The only thing she did was wash her hair. I have no idea what caused it, but it happened before a big school dance which made it all the more unpleasant. It was not a great time for it to happen. He did finally redo the manicure but after being scolded, it left a bad feeling. He may have just been having a bad day, but this first time experience for cost him a potential longtime customer as we were frequent customers of the hair salon next door. I have never returned.

Went here for the first time today as a walk-in for a pedicure and I'm so happy I did! They did a great job, the water temperature was perfect, and the extra money for the pedicure with the additional massage was well worth it! I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to others.

Today I stopped in in a whim. They were fantastic. Gel mani with extreme detail, basic pedi wonderful. Very clean, very friendly, very reasonable (48.00). Wonderful massage chairs.

Horrible customer service. Guy didn't care he cut me. Acrylics weren't glued to my nail an refused to refund me anything. Will never go back. Would not recommend.

I've gone there a total of 3x and will never go back. They are constantly pressuring you into getting other things to where its an annoyance. The females are very rude extremely rough. They also do not listen to what you as the customer want, they just try to add more money to ur bill. Lastly the jacked my real nails up so bad that im missing chuncks of skin and nail. Wish I could give zero stars! Went with my wedding party for my wedding and it was an awful experience. Instead of listening to what I wanted they just kept pushing the dip nails. All I wanted was white tips with gel, no to the dip. She then started to just do plain gel and paint on the white tips. I’ve been here 4 times now and I’m slightly disappointed every time. My nails look okay when I leave there, but every time I get home and look closely I see lots of imperfections. This review is a long time coming from an experience a couple of years ago. When daughter had a manicure that went bad within a couple of hours, he admonished me instead of offering to redo. Went here for the first time today as a walk-in for a pedicure and I'm so happy I did! They did a great job, the water temperature was perfect, and the extra money for the pedicure with the additional massage was well worth it! I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to others.
