They do get very busy but if you make an appointment they try their best to get you in right at the time you plan on coming! You can get the best nails from the guys. I’m done going to this shop unless William does my nails because they press the issue of getting gel too hard. I always tip 10-20 anytime I am extremely satisfied and today I tipped $5 because she didn’t even try to do what was on the picture because it was “cheap” but it was what I wanted. I have been coming to this shop for YEARS. Literally ever since Amy and Brian bought it from the previous owner (where I was a loyal customer for years as well). I drive 25 minutes, completely out of my way, to get my nails done at JK nails. I have also recruited other repeat customers as well. I went to the shop tonight after 4 of my nails had chipped polish since getting them done just last weekend. Amy, who always does my dipping powder (which should last for at least 2 w...eeks but I typically don't get chips even at almost 4 weeks of wear), was not there tonight. The way Brian spoke to me when I asked for my nails to be fixed was dismissive and nothing short of despicable. Rather than offering to fix my nails, he told me to "come back tomorrow". I told him I needed my nails fixed tonight because of a presentation at work tomorrow and he eventually (after letting me sit for a while despite others being available) directed another man to fix the poor job that was done on my recent visit. He also wanted to make sure I knew I would be charged for the repairs. I spend close to $100 per month in that shop and I come back after a botched job and you want me to pay more?! It's preposterous and absurd. So. New nail shop it is! There are just too many shops in the market to put up with such terrible customer service. I have visited this location a few times, but the last time I visited will be my last. Most times I came here, I wasn't dissatisfied with the way my nails turned out. They usually do a pretty good job. However, customer service needs an improvement. Walk-ins are welcome here so I did not make an appointment. There were not many people in the store when I walked in (maybe 3 customers). I sat there for almost an hour, waiting for someone to call me over. Just moved to the area a few months ago and I've tried numerous shops. Disappointed every time until today. This is absolutely my new place to go. The place is clean and updated. Tvs work nicely and they didn't have soap operas on (thank goodness) The lady that did my nails was fast and efficient. She didn't miss a step. She actually took better care to make sure the lengths matched and such whereas most shops could care less around this area. WORST MANICURE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I've gotten my nails done for 5+ years now and have decided to try somewhere new, NEVER AGAIN! She literally was filing my nails while painting them!! I have been here a couple times, once for a pedicure, and a couple times for an eyebrow wax. They are not very sociable here, but the service is quick, efficient, and they have good prices. I can't say enough good things about J K Nails! What a wonderful experience. The shape and thickness of my acrylics are like nothing I've ever had. They are literally perfect! I wish I can give a double negative!!!This place sucks... I went here on Thurday. The next day it was already chipping.. By friday I already looked a week into a manicure..I went on Saturday to see what they could do & to get a pedi if they would fix my mani.. But they were so rude & came up with such crap that I just walked out & left.. I also took a customer that was going to get a mani with me when I left... ;DThe customer service was crap....
