I wouldn't give this place ANY stars, except thats the only way I could get to this part and write how TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL they are! The woman that serviced my mom was SO RUDE, and made my mom feel horrible! My mom works on her feet and is almost 60 years old. The woman made her feel disgusting by pointing out her Varicose Veins and rough feet. Pretty sure thats your job lady! On top of that, the sign said 15 dollar mani 15 dollar pedi....Ha! By the time my mom left she had a 70 dollar bill!! RIP OFF!! I hope you read the reviews about your place, because they are terrible and you should be ashamed of yourselves! Okay Saint Louis, I am from San Diego and So far I have not had a good experience with nail salons, 0/2. NOW I had an appointment here since yesterday for a wax and nails, I sit down, the man rushes through everything because again, 3 workers to 5 customers... when I went to wash my hands he called another customer, moved my shit & made me sit next to her so he could do us both at the same time. *uh what?* I asked him to glue one nail to my acrylic because it's coming off & he did, along with his finger... LOL THEN HE SPEEDS through my polish and tells me to hurry and dry... when one hand was done I looked at it in pure disgust... (mind you he's working on the other lady already)... my other hand is done & he said "go for wax" and I said "no i think I will just pay, how much was all of that?" He said "oh $28" on the sign is said "$23" so I don't know WHERE he got his total from... (mind you if it was done right I wouldn't have cared because compared to what I pay in SD, that's amazing) and I said "okay well I'm not paying full price for these, my finger has glue all over it, there's polish ok my skin tearing it apart from my nail & there's spots everywhere." He looked shocked and said "no i fix" and I said "no thank you, you are already working on someone else and I would rather go" then he got angry and said "$25" "I said "I'm not paying that" and he was ranting and then said "i take gel off" i said "no just take down the price and I'll go" he said "okay $15 $10 I don't care free I take gel off" I said I'll pay $15" & he grabbed my card & slid it, gave me the receipt for $25 on it & I said "what's this? I said 15, you took the card and swiped.." he said "no you can't have gel for that price" **HAHA WHAT NOT THE POINT DUDE** & i said "i will call and cancel that payment right now" & he said a bunch & then said "give me the card $15 all you want is free, blah blah then asked the lady he was helping "didn't she say.." & I said "wow, that's not professional to involve another customer.." the lady didn't do anything and then he was going on about how he's never had that and I want it free that's all.... I came here to try some other place to get my pedicure! It was terrible! First, they asked me if I would like to pay $23 or $30. I said well what is the difference? They said one does something different I wasn't sure. I went with the $23. He (whoever it was working Sunday at 1pm, started the water, I soaked, he pushed back my cuticles, scrub my feet for maybe 10 seconds, dried them, put lotion in my legs and rubbed the same spot for 1 to 2 minutes to the point it felt burnt from his gloves. I do not live here but was in town for a wedding. I went to envie nails for a mani/pedi on 8/5/16. So sorry I went. First of all they had air conditioning off. It was warm/borderline hot in the shop. I mentioned it and was told they turn it off because the chemicals in air conditioning are bad. I should have walked out right then and there. I think the comfort of the customer should be first and foremost. The woman/girls that work in this salon are beyond rude. The lady didn't like me questioning the air conditioning and ignored me when I said I was hot. I was charged 60 for a manicure that lasted only about 12 hours before it started to chip. Horrible workmanship and horrible customer service. They should close their doors and find another line of work that doesn't deal with the public. Read Less

these people will charge you for anything!! I went in to get my nails in an almond shape, and when I showed the man the picture, he said, "wow...really long and pointy...are you sure you want that?" and he asked me if I was sure again half way filling them. he then charged me an extra 5 dollars for a "nail shaping." I gave him a confused look and he said "okay fine i'll take it off." all he did was complain that shaping them that way was hard. I regret tipping him 3 dollars. Read Less

So I use to come to this place all the time because Jason and Helen did an awesome job and were really nice! I went to their other nail tech Lee and he usually does really good so I would ask for him! Well the last two times I have been he was extremely rude because he was in a rush because it was close to closing time! So this time I went in today an hour before closing time, just to get a polish change and mind you I had gel polish so you have to drill it off! Well Lee soaked both my hands in acetone (which is what is used to remove nail polish and acrylic) so that being said my acrlyic was down to nothing, my thumb nail broke off as he was filing it! And he still painted it! He didn't put two coats of the clear gel on like he should have because he was rushing! So they looked incredibly faded! I told him how I felt and he still charged me $20 for just a color change! Even with gel!! If you do go there ask for Helen or Jason! They are both awesome! Read Less

I just moved back to O'fallon from Phoenix and I needed to find a new place to get my nails done, this place is just down the street so I figured why not try them out they've been there forever. I went in for a Gel Mani and when I got them done at my old nail place in AZ my nails would last for at least a month without chipping or anything, they would just grow out so I had to get them done again. Tha'ts why I LOVE the shellac/gel, very low maintenance and like I said, they last for so long. However I got my nails done here two days ago, I had to go back the next day because there was already a chip on one of my nails I had to have them fix. Now on day two, on one of my nails the polish is just peeling off. Ugh.Very disappointed and not worth the $30. I'd be surprised if my nails last a whole week. Read Less
