I called to see if I could use a gift certificate I received that expired due to coronavirus in the summer. The lady was so rude who answered the phone. She said “no!” She said “we open all the time”....
I called to see if I could use a gift certificate I received that expired due to coronavirus in the summer. The lady was so rude who answered the phone. She said “no!” She said “we open all the time”. And then she hung up on me. So then I called back and she yells “I busy”. I tried to explain we stayed in the house for months since my husband is high risk. She obviously did not care because she hung up on me. I will never be going to this nail salon for sure.

I had been going here for the past two years and never had a bad experience until today, and it will definitely be the last. Went in for my monthly pedicure everything was fine, went to pay, price was more expensive than it had ever been before for what I get ($10 more to be precise). But when I questioned it a lady there, who mind you has ALWAYS been very nice to me prior to today, barked off that their prices have been the same for the past four years. This is not really about the $10 difference, it's how I was treated for questioning it that I have a problem with.
I'm sorry, but for starters do NOT be rude to me for asking a simple question as I was NOT rude to you. Secondly, I think I know what I pay every time I come into your salon. Whether I was undercharged before, I have no idea, nor did I ever ask for a discount or any special deal. But when you bark off remarks like that to someone who has been a loyal customer and has actually persuaded several people to take their business there, that changes things.
I will never step back into your salon and have already informed the people I know who go here that they should go elsewhere. You should think twice before you have an attitude with your loyal customers. Also, when I say loyal customer, I mean LOYAL customer. I always waited to get my nails done when we were in town as we live 4 hours away! A 4 hour drive at least once a month for that kind of treatment?! Never again Diva Nails, never again!

Nails we're fabulous. Eyebrows even and gorgeous. Pedicure Utimate Package was the best rejuvenating massage and therapy for my legs ever. My feet were as soft as a newborn baby's feet. My toes twink...
Nails we're fabulous. Eyebrows even and gorgeous. Pedicure Utimate Package was the best rejuvenating massage and therapy for my legs ever. My feet were as soft as a newborn baby's feet. My toes twinkle and shine. Nicole worked on them a long time. Service, friendly. Place and equipment, clean and modern. I left there feeling like the #1 Diva. Thanks Nicole and Tracy.

Very disappointed today with my nails. Got them filled and painted. The gel polish was very streaky and chipd easily. I called and came back in to get them "fixed" I showed her the streaks and the chips and she didn't do much but buff the top coat of the chipped nails and apply more of the streaky polish. I asked if I could get a different color and was told it would cost $20. Not very happy.

I just started getting my nails done again after many years and did not know much about new techniques and all the options out there. I was so pleased with the time I spent with Andrew today. He educated me on what's best for what I want and did an AMAZING job on my nails!! I love them! And a big shout out to Jackie who did my daughter's nails! She absolutely loves them too!
Looks like they've got new regulars 😃

Took one of my friends there for a surprise gift and am very disappointed with one of the workers. I’m not sure what was wrong with him, but he kept making fun of her for having water on her hands from the bathroom?? What does that even mean??? He kept yanking her hand around and hitting it when he wanted her to move as well. The nail job wasn’t the best also, directly after we left she noticed a few cracks in the nails as well as them being aligned wrong. The clientel could be a lot nicer, and do a better job..especially that guy.

This is absolutely my most favorite place to get my nails done. Tracy and her staff are always welcoming and inviting. They do the best nails and pedicures in the St. Charles area

Nails ended up lumpy and uneven. Pedi wasn't done well at all. Most of the staff don't speak English so they don't know what you want and they ignore you when you ask a question. Talk to manager but s...
Nails ended up lumpy and uneven. Pedi wasn't done well at all. Most of the staff don't speak English so they don't know what you want and they ignore you when you ask a question. Talk to manager but she doesn't care at all. Younger staff, mostly the girls, have snotty attitudes and tell you what you want in very broken English. And then charge you a lot more than listed cost. Not very clean inside and rarely see pedi tubs cleaned after a pedi is completed. I called and made an appt but still had to wait for 45 minutes to get started. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Very disappointed today with my nails. Got them filled and painted. The gel polish was very streaky and chipd easily. Took one of my friends there for a surprise gift and am very disappointed with one of the workers. I’m not sure what was wrong with him, but he kept making fun of her for having water on her hands from the bathroom?? What does that even mean???
