I had been going here for the past two years and never had a bad experience until today, and it will definitely be the last. Went in for my monthly pedicure everything was fine, went to pay, price was more expensive than it had ever been before for what I get ($10 more to be precise). But when I questioned it a lady there, who mind you has ALWAYS been very nice to me prior to today, barked off that their prices have been the same for the past four years. This is not really about the $10 difference, it's how I was treated for questioning it that I have a problem with.
I'm sorry, but for starters do NOT be rude to me for asking a simple question as I was NOT rude to you. Secondly, I think I know what I pay every time I come into your salon. Whether I was undercharged before, I have no idea, nor did I ever ask for a discount or any special deal. But when you bark off remarks like that to someone who has been a loyal customer and has actually persuaded several people to take their business there, that changes things.
I will never step back into your salon and have already informed the people I know who go here that they should go elsewhere. You should think twice before you have an attitude with your loyal customers. Also, when I say loyal customer, I mean LOYAL customer. I always waited to get my nails done when we were in town as we live 4 hours away! A 4 hour drive at least once a month for that kind of treatment?! Never again Diva Nails, never again! Read Less
