Lady said she could do my little sister's nails a certain way, then at the end said they could do what she wanted it ln the first place. She screwed over a 13 year old that doesn't have the social capacity to complain so I'll do it for her.

I went today and the lady was a lying and rude and she said she can do designs so when she was done with me I said what about the rose and she said they don’t do that so she lied and she is heavy hand...

Be there again... only for the man cuz he does it wayyyyyy better then her....

This place have poor customer service and very unprofessional. I was a first time customer and had a horrible experience...the lady is so mean arrogant and unprofessional. My nails r short and very sloppy...i was overcharged. Full short set advertised to be 20 ...i got gel for 10 but was charged 38.

Just stopped in to get a pedicure and was asked to return on Monday they are booked up. Mind you NO ONE is in there except the people that run the shop. Sign says walk ins are welcome. THAT'S A DAMN L...

Showed up for a fill in a hour and 30 minutes before they closed and she told me to come back tomorrow, won’t come back at all!! Bad business my money is green anywhere!

This is NOT a good place to spend ur hard earned money. They didn't care that I wanted a mani as well asked me to come back later and was very rude about it. My pedicure was crappy and didn't eat to have them painted and they wouldn't take any money off at all. I will never go back there again. U work hard for ur money DONT spend it there!!!!

Very Rude, kept hurrying me. I was made to wait in between pedi to mani and was hurried even when no one was taking care of me. Asked for a pink which they said they did not have so I got a differen...
Very Rude, kept hurrying me. I was made to wait in between pedi to mani and was hurried even when no one was taking care of me. Asked for a pink which they said they did not have so I got a different color and I sit down for my mani where they have pink but now my toes are a different color...that's just irritating. Finally sit down to get my manicure started and she took the electric sander to my nails which I had to say 3 times I did not want bc it weakens your nails and is not necessary for gel... it's for acrylics
I have had gel done for years and they buff your nails not sand them. She was SO RUDE about it she asked me to just pay for my pedi and go instead of finding a regular nail buff to finish my nails. She literally did not care that I still wanted a nail service. WORST SERVICE EVER! Ridiculous, completely unacceptable, and I think she just flat out did not want to service me. YIKES.

Worst service ever! I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone! The lady is so rude! They are very short! And they charge if you get long nails! Never heard of that before! Worst service ever!!!!

I paid extra to have a French tip gel manicure. They are all uneven, the white is not even on all of the end of the nail. When I asked to have them fixed they refused. The man said he was the owner an...
I paid extra to have a French tip gel manicure. They are all uneven, the white is not even on all of the end of the nail. When I asked to have them fixed they refused. The man said he was the owner and that I should have said something sooner.... how could I when they make you stick your hand in the dryer and do not give you time to check.... Both the man and woman proceeded to berate and yell at me, yes yell at me! He informed me that he has lots of happy customers and that I should be happy with the service.I will NEVER go back. Anyone who is willing to treat a customer that way is not someone I care to be around.He never got up off is butt to even look at my nails.... so how can he even say they were done right!!

I love this place. I do not live in the area but drive there because the service is wonderful. Cindy and her husband are cheerful and I love, love that she takes appointments and does not run a assemb...
I love this place. I do not live in the area but drive there because the service is wonderful. Cindy and her husband are cheerful and I love, love that she takes appointments and does not run a assembly line with clients waiting. FIVE STARS.... This place is so clean and no foul language or kids crying. My time is valuable so I love that each visit is less than one hour.
