This has been a place I usually go but the last two visits have been ridiculous. The first time the person doing my nails apparently didn't know what "natural color" meant even though I spent 10 minutes explaining it to her and showing her pictures so I never got what I wanted. This past time the person I had buffed my nails so much she tore skin off of my cuticle and my fingertips. I was bleeding and told her they hurt and she threw some alcohol on it and said it would help.... It definitely did not but she had to finish because they were all uneven. They ended up being too short and not what I wanted and my fingertips have been burning and bleeding for two days now. I called and left a message with them and they did nothing. They didn't mention coming to get them fixed or offering some type of compensation for the bad nails and the pain I've been dealing with. They acted as if they didn't care and their customer service was poor in relation to this issue. I work from home and I am also a stay at home mom so I don't get to just come and go as I please so I was not able to stay and have them fix them the day of because of my sitter situation. All my nails are uneven, the polish is already chipping they talk you in to getting all these different options rack up the price and do a horrible job. I will never return to this location and most definitely will not recommend to anyone. Read Less

My nails are not even. And one of them was chipped, but the women doing my nails did not bother to fix it. You could tell my nail was chipped even after it was painted and “shaped”. They also feel thin and flimsy. And my manicure was done in the pedicure chair. It was very uncomfortable. I felt like it was rushed.Read Less

I have been going here for a while. Everyone is very professional. It is clean. The array of drinks is good. They offer a variety of services. I usually get the nail services but have had a facial, eyelashes dyed and love the new NextGen product. Make an appointment, they have been punctual. Xay was amazing! I received a gift card from a friend. Did my research about this place and was a little worried after reading people’s bad reviews. Don’t listen. They are clean and friendly. I got there first thing in the morning and they filled up fast so I suggest getting there early. Ask for Xay his customer service is on point! Read Less

I felt like a Queen.... I recommend this place nice environment, courtesy drinks and I was pleased with the young woman that care for me, I went to pedicure a gift card from my kids and ended telling to do a massage on my feet it felt good and they also have massage seats. Visiting from SoCal, but this will be my new “go to place” when in San Antonio visiting my Posse! Great service, complimentary drinks, and very clean establishment. My daughter, granddaughter and I were walk-Ins in a Saturday afternoon and there was no problem getting us set up for both manicures and pedicures. My granddaughter is 7 and was very excited to be getting her nails done at a spa for the first time. She was even given bonus “sparkles” on her nails. So I’ve never been to this location, and I heard it was supposed to be “top notch”. I was there yesterday, because it was my friends birthday gift. So I tagged along for a mani & pedi as well! I thought that this will be a great time to relax, and I’ve been in need of a pedi. We get there and the place looked awesome! Something I’ve never been to before because I go to a small town. The ladies at the front were fine, it’s when I got my lady that was going to work with me. My ...friend and I get seated for our pedis and my friend gets worked on right away, and my lady left the water on and left to get her supplies. She came back and started working on my pedi, but seemed miserable. I smiled and she started on my feet... and I honestly felt that she was rough but I ignored it. When she cut my cuticles she wiped my cuticles on my foot and not the towel or anything else and I felt disgusted. After the pedicure my foot felt sore and my toe but again I ignored it because I didn’t think it was a big deal. She worked on my shellac and I was pretty disappointed because it was nothing that I asked for. I told her nicely three times and showed her, since it was a simple design... she seemed frustrated , and so I stopped asking. Near the end I felt like she was upset and just rushing me... and when I went to check out she threw my card at the counter. Now, I work in customer service, so I had no idea if she had a rough day but I wouldn’t have done what she did to me and or treat me as some annoying kid. Now I rarely do bad reviews or reviews in general, but I am honestly very disappointed in the service I had. I have a bruise/giant knot on my foot and a sore on my toe.
