I would highly recommend Monica to anyone and everyone I know for the microblading. I wont lie, I was extremly nervous to get this done. However, I expressed my concerns with Monica and she listened to everything I had to say. I was so afraid that having hardly no brows for soooo long that I'd look like a clown with some very dark or overly full brows. But she indeed didn't do that to me. She did a very light, not too thick brow. They looked dark at first but they have def lightened up so please don't let the first 2 weeks scare you!! TERRIBLE!! I used a Groupon for Lash Extensions + 1 refill. When I went back for the refill I told the girl that I had a Groupon that took care of the payment. I received a voice mail stating that my Groupon was only good for the one set of lash extensions (even though it clearly states that it included 1 refill). They took it upon themselves to make a $50 unauthorized charge on my debit card w/o telling me. I will be contacting the Attorney General. BTW -- lashes only lasted 1 week :( Read Less

Never buy a groupon from here!! My boyfriend bought me one for my birthday and I've been trying to use it since late October and all I've gotten is the answering machine or a lady telling me they will call to start booking appointments on a specific date and they never did. Completely unprofessional to lie to potential clients, at this point I just want to get his money back from groupon because I don't even want to go there with the lack of service I've already received. Approximately 1 year I purchased a groupon for the last loft and scheduled my appointment for dec. 2013. They cancelled my appointment due to weather. After trying to reschedule they couldn't get me in until March. They cancelled my appointment a day or 2 in advanced due to a water main break. After trying to reschedule they couldn't get me in until June. The day of my appointment they called and cancelled due to the salon being relocated. After trying to reschedule once agai...n they couldn't get me in until Oct. They never returned my phone call but posted on facebook that all Oct. appointments would be cancelled again due to the relocation of the salon. I expressed my opinions about their lack of customer service on social media but they deleted my complaint from their page so no one else could see it. They expect Groupon to refund my expired certificate from over a year ago that they continued to say would be accepted by their salon but I am fed up and don't want to attempt to return for the services. The other issues is that even after I bought my groupon last year they continue to offer this discounted service several times through groupon making me wonder how many people have been in this same situation. They left my mother and I high and dry. We made our appointment a couple months in advance and they called and left us a message four days before our appointment and told us they were moving and wanted us to reschedule. I called and left messages and I even left an email...nothing back from them. I see all these reviews and it sounded like a good time but this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
