I went today to get my eyebrows done. Cindy took off half of my left eyebrow. When I told her she tried brushing my eyebrow (no hair was there)! Not once did she apologize. I tip this lady 5 extra dollars every time I go. That’s 12 bucks and she charges 7 dollars for the service. She than tried to tell me it’s no difference and do I want my money back. I told her yeah. She told me she will never do my eyebrows again after she gave me my refund. I have been coming to her for 3 years. I will never come back because of her lack of service!! The salon is usually very busy but I feel like they do a really good job of getting to everyone as quickly as possible. If you go in at peak hours you may have to wait 30 minutes or so. Everyone who works there has always been very friendly and kind to me. The quality of their full sets & pedicures are high and very durable- the paint does not chip under normal wear conditions. Four stars because I have asked for some nail designs via picture and they said they could not do them but I would rather be declined and pick another design that they are able to do well than have a lower quality replica. Horrible location. Ghetto. Loud. No organization of any kind. No order. Can’t make appointments so you’ve gotta wait 45mins-2 hours for something as small as a fill! Can’t communicate properly to get the length, design Or desired color. When a woman goes to get her nails done it’s suppose to be relaxing and calming! It’s a way we like to pamper ourselves! I've only ever gone for brows. Cindy is good, but the wait time is ridiculous. My mom used to go for her nails, they did a terrible job painting and then tried to argue with her. She's 70 years old, who argues with a 70 year old? Both here and at the location on 350 I've experienced rudeness. I don't care if you slay my brows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, id you are rude I will keep my money. I'd rather walk around looking like Bert & Ernie than to pay them another penny. Read Less

I said I will never visit this establishment due to poor service. I normally get a pedicure which I have no complaints. My issue is getting lashes, the owner (female) is the only person who does them. Please be prepared to wait. I understand if she's already providing service when you arrive. However, if she starts on you and if one of her regular/tipsters come in she will actually leave you hanging to service them. This has happened to me multiple times. The last time I said nope, "I'm outta here" & walked out!! I discontinued going there for awhile (months). So, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and her sister who is always pleasant & who does a great job btw. She remembered me & asked where have I been. I was told that young lady is at another shop.
