Completely disappointed. My boyfriend and I were eating in the area and decided to try out this place for pedicures based on the reviews. (We normally go to Venice Nails by Alamo Ranch). The reviews were glowing, however we were sadly disappointed. When we walked in, we were barely greeted by a lady sitting slouched in her chair. While I picked a color, she took my boyfriend back to the chair, and started getting the water ready. Both of us picked out a deluxe pedicure, at $5...5. This price is the same I normally pay, but for a MUCH different experience. For starters, they did not add any additional salts to the bath water. My boyfriend didn't get an actual foot and leg massage, but more like a few slaps and a graze. I am used to seeing paraffin closer to the end of the treatment, however, the lady doing his put the wax on almost immediately, and he was done in less than 20 min. I understand it would be shorter than mine because he wasn't getting polish, but I was barely getting the scrub washed off my legs and he was leaving the chair. He was even told they would charge him $10 to sit in the chair next to me while I was finishing my treatment. The lady doing his pedicure quickly left to do another customer who had just walked in with a companion. That is when I felt my services became more rushed. The lady doing my services kept going back and forth to get supplies and lotion, which is odd for a green tea deluxe. I wouldn't think "everyone" would be using the same lotion and scrub for that would they? She brought paraffin for me early as well, and there was barely enough wax in the bag to cover the tops of my feet. She did the mask while she painted my nails, and afterwards scrubbed the remaining mask off with a rough towel and said we were done. I use to go to Sky Nails when I lived at the Pearl. It was my favorite nail place to go! My pedicure would look great for several weeks! Also, I knew they wouldn't hurt me as much as other places. I'm so sad I got married and moved so far away! Read Less

so I called to see what kind of nail tips she offers which are none but regular...neways I asked if she was located next to the price chopper and she replies um no im not oriental..... wtf? I simply asked ur location dumb broad! even though I was looking for a new nail place this will NOT be the one! and I wish I didn't have to click on a star for a rating customer service/phone etiquette sucks!!
