I had received a fill several times from this particular location and was very satisfied. It wasn’t until recently I had a fill as normal and request a gel polish. Two days later the gel polish chipped off completely from one of my fingernails and I came up to get it fixed and they told me that I needed to wait an hour. For a customer who already paid for a service I should not have to wait to get something fixed when it was the consumers products that was faulty. I was not happy with that at all, I ended up having to go home and remove the gel polish myself and redo it on my own because I had somewhere to go. Very poor customer service and I will no longer be using their gel polish. I will allow the fill and go home and polish myself or go to another location. I was very disappointed with this experience. A paying customer should always come first and be taken care of especially when the fault was with the company!!! Read Less

I am not from San Antonio and was in town for a short time. I showed up without an appointment and got royal treatment! The moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles. I was told to choose my color and was seated right away, someone did my pedicure while Holly did my nails. I got a 20 minute foot massage while another person polished my nails. Three different people attended to me and all of them did a great job! All in all great customer service and awesome friendly people! Thanks so much! Great job - the only thing I didn't care for was that they did my mani and pedi at the same time, which would have been good if I'd been in a hurry, but I was looking for a relaxing time and this felt rushed. Outstanding leg and foot massage, though. Read Less

I made an appointment for four people on Tuesday the 12th for Saturday the 16th. We walked in and I expected to have to wait a few minutes for them to finish up but we ended up waiting 45 minutes! It was very crowded and they were seating walk-ins before seating us. There was no where to sit while we were waiting and the guy kept asking us to sit even after telling him there were no seats. They rushed through our pedicures and our manicures were half-assed. At one point the lady working on my toes hurt me and when I said so she just glared at me and didn't acknowledge my statement.Read Less

My friend called Holly's on Tuesday Sept 12 and made 4 appointments for mani/pedis for Saturday Sept 16 at 2 pm. We showed up at 1:50pm and the place was packed. My bridesmaid walked up to Holly and told her we were there for a 2 pm appointment. She told us to pick our colors and sit. There was nowhere to sit as every seat was taken so I stood. The gentlemen doing pedicures kept telling me to sit and made me feel very uncomfortable. Another woman came in after us and they sat... her and started her services before us. She had called that morning for an appointment. They finally sat me and one friend down at manicure stations to start our fingers (but no one was there) and then moved us to get our pedicures. It took over 40 minutes for them to seat us at all. I asked for the espresso deluxe pedicure. I got some random aloe pedicure with 0 espresso and I was rushed through the end of it as they needed my seat. Holly herself had started my fingers. I asked for the pink and white solar nails. I received the natural tip solar instead. She stopped halfway through my nails to work on another customer and left me sitting at the drying table. Finally they put the solar "shiny" coating on. Unfortunately they didn't cover the whole nail so I have parts of my nails that are the powder and tips with no shiny. She rushed through my nails and filed down on some parts that there is none of the powder on the white tips. There were also multiple sharp points in the solar coating that snagged and left my nails uneven. Multiple people left without services and it took 2 1/2 hrs for us to get through ours!!! THE WORST experience I've had. I got there they told me to pick a color and sit down at one of the stations. Lady asked me what I wanted and then she left me there waiting for 10 min. Another worker there asked me if ive been helped and I said no. Instead of helping me or getting someone to help me he proceeded to get on his phone. I got angry and walked out. Mind you there were 4 other women who got there AFTER me and got helped immediately. One of the ladies ran out and tri...ed to convince me to stay and I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt. A man helped me right away and he was nice. But, he took way too long to do my nails. He also DID NOT finish my nails. Another lady came requesting him so he left me and made another lady do my nails. Needless to say, not worth the $50 I paid, plus they left crap under my nails from all the buffing and left my nails waaayyy too short. All the ladies that were there after me and got helped were all done before I was. I got there about 5ish and didn't leave until 630. Never coming back I give this place 0 stars!!!! Customer service was mediocre. Had deluxe pedicures (mom and me) the day before mother's day. They hardly exfoliated our feet with a used, unsanitary pumice stone. All they did was cover up rough spots with lotion and wax. The moment the lotion absorbed (later that day) rough spots had returned and were fully noticeable. We will never go there again and will be sure to never recommend. Such a bad experience for our first time there. Read Less
