Me and my nanny had plans to get our nails done all week, with high expectations. This salon sadly didn’t meet them. We went in sat down quickly as the store had just opened and were getting a mani pedicure, starting with the pedicure it was fine I got gel. Both women that did both of our manicures were horrible. They cut both of us multiple times with the sanding tools and messed up dip powder on my nanny’s HOW DO YOU MESS UP DIP POWDER!?!? We were extremely over charged and were NOT told the price BEFORE the swiping of the cards....$170 for both of us is extremely upsetting I will be going back only to get my money... this place is extremely unprofessional. I went to this place yesterday with my daughter. I wanted it to be a mother and daughter experience, well that’s what we got! They was doing my daughters toes and she told them not to bother with her hangnails, she did it anyways and she made my daughter cry. Then they was working on mine and she was talking to the other worker and laughed and wasn’t paying attention and litterly cut a hole in my big toe. I told her that I wanted to leave and not be charged and she said that wasn’t possible. I’m going to contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office as well. Our daughter has to have a procedure on her toe in 8 days to have half of her nail taken off due to the infection. Also the place was not clean at all. I can in with two eyebrows, and left with one and a half. At first I was so in shock when she handed me the mirror that I didn't know what to say. And then when I asked her to fix it.... OH WAIT SHE CANT BECAUSE HALF MY EYEBROW IS GONE. Ended up going home and spending almost an hour trying to fill my eyebrows in to look even. Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would, here I am 4 days later with a very severe infection on my big toe. I asked the lady very nicely to please stop digging into my toe with such a sharp object. Took 3 hours for a manicure. No fake nails just dip powder. And tossing me back and forth when she wasn't even finished w one hand. So the Second one working on my nails put a different color on them and we had to start over. Awful. Read Less

Went in for a pedicure and a new set for my wedding (last minute, walked in). My poor planning came with a price. Got the new set on Saturday, by Monday the nails were all peeling off and cracking. Poor quality work...will not be back, will not recommend it. Read Less

I love Gallery nails it is a fantastic place they are so nice and sweet and very complimentary I have not had any problems with my nails since I've been there and I brought my two of my leaders Jamie and her mom and they told me that they did a fantastic job on their nails in their toes so I was so glad that I told him about the place. Horrible. Screwed my pedicure up twice in one sitting n my pinkie fingernail fill lifted the same day. Left crying on my birthday n went to other nail salon to get it fixed. Called the next day and asked for owner, I got the run around n hung up on multi times. Finally some lady who claimed to be owner sister called me back and I told her the situation n she said go up for refund. I get up there and manger Kelly became hostile and wouldn't refund my money. After agruing about... the owners sister telling me to go back up there for refund she still refused to give me full refund and only half. I got tired n agreed so I could leave. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and never have seen such poor service....let alone left a nail salon crying on my birthday. I spent 70 dollars for poor work and poor service and then 20 dollars for nail salon down the street to fix and they only refunded me 30 dollars. Thanks for ruining my birthday. See More Read Less

Called an hour before they closed to make sure they would have time to give me a pedicure (trying to be polite and not keep them over there closing) they said to come on in. I drove up there (in less then 10 mins) and the door was locked with customers inside and they all just looked at me. Was rude. Won't be back. Read Less

I usually have a very good experience there, I get pedi's there often. I started going every few weeks with my daughter for some bonding time to get our nails done. First time we got our nails done we were both thrilled and loved them. My second experience was terrible, the guy cut my nails different lengths, my french tips weren't even and he burnt my fingers with the sander, I had to call and have then redone. This time I went and I was again pleased, the guy who redid them... last time did them today and did great work. However I was trying to understand the pricing board so I asked a bunch of questions. It appears the board is old pricing from 5 years ago. This was my 3rd time getting my nails done and the pricing has been very confusing to me, it just seemed pretty expensive. It's $15 for a regular fill with regular nail polish but if you choose gel polish they add $15 (that's the part that confused me)......ok, fine. However today I'm a little upset over how things went for my daughter and I. The guy suggested I get the wax treatment on my hands since they were so dry, it was $5, so I said sure. The guy doing my daughters nails took it upon himself to do my daughters hands too. I wasn't sure if he was doing it to be nice or what. Well he charged me an additional $5 for her. I didn't complain, it was only $5 but the more I thought about it the more upset I got. I feel taken advantage of. I recall them having a conversation (in a language I don't know) and giggling. Absolutely wonderful! My sister and I just tried Gallery for the first time this past weekend and we loved it. We've been searching for a new nail spa and have not had any luck until now. Michael and Dan were fantastic! If I could make only one suggestion, it would be that they have some sort of record keeping system for walk-ins. I was so excited to be going with my friend here to get pedicures... I've had a rough few months, and a little pampering sounded like JUST the way to spend a girly morning outing!!Unfortunately the woman doing my pedicure did not speak a word of English, and she kept bending my foot in weird and painful positions. The file kept hitting and filing the flesh around my toenails and no matter how many times I would pull my foot away or twitch, she would just pull me back and continue talking to the girl next to her. My toenails were all filed unevenly, and the French manicure that I requested had something weird in the bottom half of my right big toenail, inside of the polish (like a dark red string or something), and the tips were all unevenly painted. Also the nails were all cut and filed uneven. Some were long, others short. Some were horribly squared so the corners were sharp, and one was rounded on one side and cornered sharp on the other. I had another woman that works there come look at them, and immediately noticed how uneven they all were. I thought she was going to fix them starting with the filing, but she just grabbed the paint to fix the white tips. When I asked her if she was going to fix the sharp and uneven nails themselves, she said she couldn't use the file because the nails were painted. Umm... that makes no sense!! Take the paint off and fix the nails that were butchered, please??But no. She told me I could come back the next day if I want them fixed... and see the woman that did them wrong in the first place. Really needed a pedicure in a pinch so I stopped by. Unfortunately the acetone smell greeted me at the door. I am sensitive to strong chemical smells, but pushed through because I did not have time to drive across town to my normal favorite. Everyone was courteous, the facility looked to be well maintained. My technician was proficient and skilled. She gave a wonderful exfoliating leg and foot massage, followed by a massage with lotion and oil mixed. The polish and finish were immaculate. However the speed bump came at the end when there was no drying station. I had to leave in cold weather with foam flip flops. To avoid ruining my feet I just drove home instead of continuing my errands. Bummer. Cut the fumes, add a drying station and I will consider returning. Read Less

I'm sad and disappointed. The guy who did my nails was speed crazy...not exactly why I came here. Then said he would come back to do top coat. I said something..thankfully because he was on the middle of a manicure. Mary noticed and ended up putting on the top coat and lotion. I'll find another place.Read Less

I love this salon. My favorite of course is Nina, she has been doing my nails for close to a year and I always love the way they look and how long they last. She did a beautiful pedicure for me and when you have those nagging ingrown toenails, Nina is the girl for you. I have not had one problem since she has been doing my pedicures.
