Went in for a gel pedicure requesting M47 (purple/white) mood changing color and ended up with a M39 (salmon/pink) mood changing color. When confronted about their mistake, they told me I would have to pay an additional $17 for polish change FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I am livid right now.

I'm heavily pregnant and needed my toe nails cut and filed. My husband came with me (after I begged, so now I feel so horrible for him). He does have an ingrown toe nail and they went after it. He was flinching and bleeding by the end. So was I, as the man doing my nails was rough as well. They were quick and polite.Now my husband's big toe is GREEN. Its a fungus from improperly cleaned tools. I should have stopped as soon as I saw they brought them out of a pencil box like my daughter uses, but I was just so relieved to have my nails cut. Now I am at work going nuts thinking that I may have this issue as well under my nail polish. May update if that is the case. Pros: Polite. Cons: FUNGUS and ROUGH.

I'm heavily pregnant and needed my toe nails cut and filed. My husband came with me (after I begged, so now I feel so horrible for him). He does have an ingrown toe nail and they went after it. He was flinching and bleeding by the end. So was I, as the man doing my nails was rough as well. They were quick and polite.Now my husband's big toe is GREEN.
