I went in for a basic pedicure and manicure. The woman who took care of me did not speak any English at all and it was very confusing trying to figure out where to go and what to do. My nails were in pretty good shape, a little less than 1/4" past the finger tip and just needed filed and painted. Before I knew what was happening she clipped my nails back to the finger tip. 2 weeks later and they are still less than 1/16" past the fingertip and it is still hard for me to pick up small items. Justin is nice but my SNS nails have turned out poorly the last two (and only) times I've been there. My nails are always crooked, bumpy and missing powder along the edges. The shape is always inconsistent with the rest. Definitely doesn't take pride in his work and always seems to be in a rush. I'll go elsewhere since I'm paying $50 for a set. My experience was awful! my mom, one of our friends and I went there and they charge just that's a ridiculous amount for a pedicure and just to get French tips and when we went to go pay they didn't even listen to us when we told them how we were going to pay. And to top it off we had to tell them each out of the three of us three times to shorten our nails because they weren't the right length and they just rolled there eyes at us and got upset with us. Friendly place, but my SNS nails never seem to be perfect, ever. My thumb nails are ALWAYS put on crooked and the edges of all the nails never go over quite far enough, making an obvious gap. My cuticles and nails never get cleaned or manicured, they always go straight for the powder. Decent pedicure experience though. Read Less

Great place to go to get my nails done! I don't get them done frequently, but this place does not use chemicals! The polish lasts a long time.. the pedicure includes a free hot stone massage! They take their time and do it right and are friendly! They take walk-ins! I love this place! Oh.. and very, very clean! Read Less

Very nice people with great designs.   No nasty fumes because they are chemical free.  Lots of great designs.   Love the feel of sns nails.   They are cleaner than other nail salons I've been to.   Prices are reasonable.   I paid 45 for one color tips and a design on all nails. Read Less

This place is awesome! Only a couple places in Springfield offer SNS Nails. Listen up, shellac addicts: this new method does not require setting under UV Light and won't ruin your nails! Worst Manicure EVER...the guy put my fingertips in cold water, pushed my cuticles back, cut my finger nails to short, painted my nails and then got up and walked away. That was it. My hands were very dry, which was very obvious, but no lotion was applied.  For the price, I would have expected much more. Read Less
