I love Crystal Nails. The people there are friendly and they get to you right away. They have been doing my nails for the last 3 1/2 months and ALWAYS do such an AMAZING job. Wendy is who has been doing my nails from the first time on and she is very good. They also don't mind children. Love this place. I recommend them to everyone. The only place I have found that their product sticks to my nails. If you ever have a problem they will fix you right up. I have been going over a yr now and will go nowhere else. I even take my girls here and they are great with them when they get their nails painted. I drive all the way from Bradleyville MO. Went in for just a full set of acrylics nails. Showed her a picture of how I want them painted and shaped after the nails were glued on she putting the colored powder on my nails. I'm like ok is this new cause I've only ever had white and then polish was used. Like a dumb ass I sit there after she's done is said it's 45!!! Hmm excuse me but what I wanted should have been 31 not once did she tell me she was doing sola nails.! I was very disappointed. They do a great job but they don't tell you they're doing something till after they're done just to charge you more. I don't recommend them unless you want to spend 45 dollars on nails.Read Less

I went in to get some acriloc nails with my own powders and they wanted to charge me five dollars a nail to put my own powders on. After that, while she was putting on the nail and shaping them, she told me that my nails were to fat to do the pointed/cat nails. She kept telling me how fat and ugly they would look if I got them done like that. So I didnt get them done. This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail place. My mother in law and I went to just get a full set of just plain jane french tips... we both got 2 women (don't know their names) they both kept trying to sell us a more expensive set and when we both declined they became very rude. Mine left me sitting at the table I wasn't even sure if we was done ! My mother in law said after she declined the lady never spoke another word to her, she was rough with her and obviously didn't care how the nails looked. They charged me $10 to remove shellac and $10 for basic manicure (only clear polish after taking off shellac, didn't do anything except cut and paint) that was crap while making me sit in the pedicure chair. They also didn't clean out my toes during my pedicure only barely checked the cuticle. I finally had to stop coming here because it is so dirty. I would get my eyebrows waxed, but got tired of seeing the wax pot and how covered in hair and dust it was. Their tools for your nails or toes aren't clean either. This place is about two miles from my house, in Ozark, but now I just go to Springfield to get stuff done. They nicked my cuticle and kept going without cleaning their drill. ..after I was done they never did clean that drill and I bled.  They are rough when getting acrylics.   25 bucks for a fill 30 if changing colors.   Nice people but honestly guys they are rough when doing acrylics and if they made me bleed they probably do other people too and they do not clean those drills after each person.   Health risk Read Less

This place has went down hill over the last few months. I have been several times. At first, service was fine, but lately it has been terrible. My last two times there, customers were complaining about quality or wait time. I've also noticed my shellac chips after about 4 days! I needed to be done by 5 and made that known when I made my appt for 330. They seated me quickly and did my pedi. During that time, one of the workers was asleep in a pedi chair. A group of "regulars" came in and asked if they could get worked in. I had to wait over an hour and a half and ended up leaving without the manicure because they bumped me. Poor customer service! Quan said I should have told them I needed to be done by 5....I DID! I told them when I made the appt, when I sat down and a third time when the pedi was done. My money will be going elsewhere. Usually this place is my favorite place ever to get my nails done. I usually have Quan do my nails. But this time he was gone. And the guy just didn't capture the image I had. I brought in a photo for him to look at and still didn't get it right. When I first got there, I was told that the wait was 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes to even get to the tech. Then he did my nails and I was honestly just ready to get out. He told me that because I had so much done that it was $55. I've never paid that much ever for nails. I paid and left. When I called back I told the lady that I didn't like them and was asking how much a removal and a new set would be. She said I would have to come in and get them looked at then hung up on me. First time here with my wife. Staff seems very courteous and friendly. Acetone levels in the air are high or maybe I'm high now I don't know, I can't breathe and the Asian lady keeps looking my way. This is an update to a previously good review. I've been visiting Crystal Nails since before my daughter was born (so 4+ years) and always had a relatively good experience. However, this last time was the *last time* I will ever visit them.I've had issues with the "Gel Nails" as it usually falls off after 1 week. I would just be pretty gentle with my nails (no opening soda cans or peeling a sticker off anything...) and they'd last maybe a week and a half. This time they didn't even make it to a week. And after visiting another nail salon 3 weeks earlier and having my gel nails stay on the ENTIRE time without one chip... I realized that Crystal Nails is skipping steps... putting on coats way too thin, and being sloppy. VERY sloppy.It's too bad. I really liked this place but I just can't keep supporting a company who is clearly taking advantage of their customers by cutting corners and doing a bad job. Read Less
