My very 1st time there service was OK but my nails were horrible. They weren't shaped right, polished right not even cut right and I had gel nails. Since I went and it was almost close to closing I said I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again at an earlier time. 3 days after I gotten my nails done I went back to get them done how I wanted them but soons I walked in while there were NO customers 2 female workers just sat at the pedi station for about 3 minutes. Neither of them said a word to me. So unprofessional I will NOT be back

If I could give this place a lower review I would!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY DID AN AWFUL JOB ON MY NAILS & THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE! John who did my nails seemed as if he knew what he was doing... However the very next day not 1 but 2 of my acrylic nails had broken off (1 literally while I was searching thru my purse!) at the point where the tip was glued and barely any of my actual nail was showing!! Obviously the tips were glued down WAY too close to the edge! Not only was I charged over $100 for a full set/pedicure (plus a $20 tip unfortunately) but when I went back in the very next day to have them repaired (which I was even intending to pay for with no attempt to get a discount even though obviously my nails were done incorrectly in the 1st place!) I was turned away on a Saturday evening bc 'they were closing in 30 min & he (John) had 2 other clients! I was absolutely shocked & angry! I had to go out with 1 Nail on each hand broken off all the way down! Needless to say I haven't been back... And I just wanted to let everyone know so they don't throw their $$ away like I did!

Horrible job on my fill in!! This man who only does pedicures was assigned to my fill in request. He didn’t sharp my nails at all. Rush job on my polish, ask for a tip had to go back to get my nails shaped. I was assigned to the same person who kept pulling my hand because he had to redo the jacked up nails. I saw that my right pinky finger was soooo not the move. I use to love this nail shop buttttttttt no... they push you to tech that their skills are over mediocre. The owner is a sweetheart but pleas do better.

I paid $40 to have my dip powder nails removed and to have my nails painted with gel polish. Although I thought this was overpriced it was most convenient at the time. 3 days later all of my nails were chipped and the polish was coming off. When I returned to have them fix it, I had to wait for the original tech to fix it while over 5 walk-ins came to see other waiting techs. This latest visit was the nail in the coffin.

On June 23, 2017 I came into j nails and waited an hr to get my nails done.... When I finally sat down in a seat I ask the nail tech if she could work quickly on my nails because im in a rush. When I said that she got up and walked away and said she's not doing my nails. Jay, the owner then told me to leave. I asked what I did wrong and he called the police on me. This story sounds unreal but its the true. I did nothing wrong. I was hurt and upset. I was kicked out for asking the nail tech to work quickly. I will never go back.

Please dont waste your money! Very unprofessional. Horrible service! Manicure looked as if my 10 year old daughter done it. When I try to ask about the process I was told "every shop is done differently" and told me to since I wasn't satisfied to just pay and leave. No pedicure for me. Which was great b/c I didn't want my pedicure done there if my hands looked like this but instead of trying to fix the problem I was told to pay and leave.

My tech is Jay and he always does a professional job on my nails. He remembers what shades of polish I prefer and more. I've watched his wifes work and she is amazing as well. His staff is humorous...

Do not go to this nail shop!!!! They will jack up you nails and over charge you.....very unprofessional and over priced. They need to be banned out of the nail industry.

It's a nice relaxing shop with several people working. I hate how the lady does my eyebrows, but they get done, my nails look good as well. The staff is friendly & makes small talk.

My very 1st time there service was OK but my nails were horrible. They weren't shaped right, polished right not even cut right and I had gel nails.
