I have been going there since I moved to O’FALLON almost 2 years ago. I loved my tech, Kim she was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted, which I would give her a five star.
But I always schedule the earliest 10 AM, once I had a family emergency come up and had to cancel and the other time I had to cancel is because I had a bad cough and I was getting sick. I would’ve left a message before 10 AM, but their voicemail has been full for months. So when I went to schedule again, the owner, (her) was very rude to me and asked if I was going to show up. Which I told her the one time I was sick I canceled with her husband over the phone and told her also that their voicemail has been full for months and I couldn’t cancel before my time because they don’t open till 10 AM. I did go back one more time, because I wanted to let Kim know I wouldn’t be back and I told her what happened. Kim apologized to me, but the owner never did. The husband (the other owner), Is very friendly. But I would never not just show up to any kind of appointment. I’m not gonna apologize for a family emergency and I wouldn’t think they want me in there being sick. But I will not be talked to like she talk to me, so I go to Saint peters with my girls to another salon.

Best bet is to make an appointment if you don't want to wait for 30 minutes. Very good at their job once you are able to get a nail tech.

Omg this place ! I am 35 years old and have been getting my nails done since I was 15, never in my life have I had such bad service. They are understaffed. I was there 40 mins ,then She got to me .....
Omg this place ! I am 35 years old and have been getting my nails done since I was 15, never in my life have I had such bad service. They are understaffed. I was there 40 mins ,then She got to me ..started on my nails (a fill) then moved on to some one else. While I waited another hour for her to finish them, then she finished me which took a hour, I was there 3 hours. I would had left but she had already started. So disappointed

Super disappointed my nails look like they were done 5 weeks ago and it’s a brand new set.... 37$ down the drain. (So much for treating my self to something nice)

Also they don’t display the pricing so they can charge “whatever they want” my nails are small and felt like I was overcharged several times because I wanted ‘natural looking nails’ ..... sooooo sorry I have a preference :/

The workers there are very rude. The guy who was working on my nails was on FaceTime the whole time, like you shouldn't be facetiming someone while at work. Furthermore I asked what the guy said and he started up yelled what he said to me. My friend went before me and the dude asked her if I was getting my nails done too and she said yes and he rolled his eyes. When I was finished and was about to sit down at the drying station next to my friend he yelled at me and told me to go to a different one even though nothing was wrong with the one next to my friend.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I've ever had. Every time I go there I'm literally waiting an hour for someone to do my nails I went back a couple times because I wanted to give them a second chance and I really like the shape I was getting but the quality isn't there my nails are always popping off after a couple days or chipping and I get gel polish so gel shouldn't chip. But what really bothered me was I just got off work Rush there so I can get my nails done and they told me they were already closed all I wanted was a fill. I go there all the time so I don't see what the issue was it seemed like every time I went back they dreaded having to do my nails. Such terrible customer service even though the owner speaks good English I wish it was a better place so I can get my nails done there because they always charge me extra for the broken nails that they can't do right so they don't break so easily. Extremely dissatisfied I can't believe how much money I spent there. If I could give no stars I would in a heartbeat.

My advise to folks is to make an appointment. They are a smaller shop but I would pick quality over quantity any day. They are a great group of people who take pride in their work. I actually love this place but the last two times I have been there too few of staff so I had to leave. An 45-60 minute wait is not good. I wish my schedule allowed me to make an appt but it doesn't so I have to stop when I can. But wasting this much time and having people go before me is very aggravating. I used to be a repeat customer and just decided to go back based on my previous experience. I will have to say the quality has gone down a ton! The day after getting a fill my nail broke only for me to find out that it's because the technician made the fill paper thin. I've never broke an acrylic nail. This nail broke with simply typing on a keyboard at work. I contacted them and left a voicemail only to not receive a response. So after spending close to the same amount for a full set I will have to bite it and go pay someone else to fix the mistake. It's unfortunate that a place I once raved about now is a place I'll never return. Disappointing!

I went to try nails on main today because it is close to my house and I was so displeased. The man that did was nails was an older man and was so rude to me, my sister was with me and literally had to bite her tongue! I had never gotten gel polish before, which I told him, and he would just speak to me so rudely because I didn't know how to put my hand in the machine correctly! I will go out of my way to go else where. Also if I'm paying you for a service and want short nails why always be a jerk? I'm paying for it! I hope he reads this and knows how awful he made me feel by being so rude! My sister and I will never re turn!

I have been going there since I moved to O’FALLON almost 2 years ago. I loved my tech, Kim she was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted, which I would give her a five star.
