This is my favorite nail salon. They have a big variety of dipped nail colors and all other types as well. The people are all very nice and do a great job. The salon is very neat and clean. Lynn is my favorite:) Read Less

HORRIBLE customer service. My nails looked like a 6 yr old did them. Had gel polish done and she didn't put the same number of coats in each nail so they were different shades. When I pointed it out all of a sudden she didn't understand me!!! Luckily another customer said they looked bad too. Some parts of my nails were missed completely!!! And had polish on my skin on 6 of my fingers. Manager or whatever she was was not helpful or friendly what so ever. No wonder they were the only nail salon that wasn't busy in the area. I went in for their dip powder manicure twice. It was my first time with acrylic nails, so I had high expectations, as they knew this. The first time I went, I was pleasantly surprised with the nails. My mom, who went with me, wasn't. She's had acrylics for years and she could tell that these weren't very high quality, considering they were uneven and already starting to lift. We both went back three or so week later for fills and we waited a good thirty minutes before getting a seat. The removal of the acrylics was extremely painful, almost like my nails were getting burned, and they hurt for a good few days afterwards. My mom found something like fungus on one of her nails, and when she brought it up with the technician, he started yelling at her and claiming that she was "embarrassing (him) in front of all of (his) customers. He left the room, leaving my mom in tears. After removing the second fill, my nails now are extremely thin and painful. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, or simply high quality nails. Not worth it. Read Less

I have been going here for over 7 years and I have never had a problem. I started lettin. Joe do my nails and later moved on to Lynn. I won't let any other salon do my nails. I really love this nail salon!My parents live in O'Fallon so I end up there quite a bit, and this is one of the few nail salons in the area that does "dip manicures." It's quickly become my favorite nail technique -- my nails stay healthy and strong, and they look great for a full two weeks.Definitely make an appointment because this place gets *extremely* busy. Even if you do make an appointment you might end up waiting a bit, so don't show up in a time crunch. The staff here is extremely friendly and the prices are great. I went here today with a friend of mine and both of our nails turned out pretty bad. We both got a full set for $22. They were bubbled up and lumpy on the sides. I wasn't even asked what shape I would like, they were just short little bubbled up squares. I am currently soaking them off while writing this. Will not be back. Read Less

I just left here and got my usual pedicure, the Laboure pedi which is $40 and comes with a 10 minute massage. The owner (the female, I believe her name is Lynn) did my pedi. First off, you can tell she did not like doing pedi's, she skipped steps and did a half-assed job with a weak massage that was not 10 minutes. She left polish on the edge of my 2 big toes and didn't bother to fix it. She also has a very superior way about herself. When I gave her my polish that I brought in she kind of scoffed for some reason. And the whole time she kept straining to watch the flat screen tv hanging on the wall behind her. And one of my biggest pet peeves is when the pedi is done, they don't bother wiping off the oil on your legs and feet. I almost slipped walking to the table to dry my polish. I got up to get some paper napkins to wipe my legs and feet off and she very blatantly asked if I spilled any thing. I told her what the issue was and then she said something in her native language to the 2 other female workers and they all started laughing. She obviously said something rude about me, but she's lucky I was nice enough not to give her a hard time about it. Any other person would have very easily slipped and they would have a lawsuit on their hands. I got up to leave and she didn't say a word to me. I don't know if she just doesn't like her job or was having a bad day, but that is not the way to treat a loyal customer who had been going there for the past 9 years. I will not be returning. My advice to this owner is to lose the attitude and to take a course in customer service. Read Less

I've been here several times and have had okay service but after this last service I will never be back. I came in and got a gel/shellac manicure and the nail tech, who is also the manager, rushed through the entire thing. She did not push back my cuticles so my nails looked tiny after she cut them. When I left I noticed that the gel was all over my skin. The gel is also lifting up on the edges. Don't waste you money on this place!! Read Less

My daughter and I have been going to this salon until Friday. The girl with the long brown hair was rude.. ithink she is the owner. Her attitude is bad for business. My daughter asked her an opinion on nail color and was told that she was wearing it and couldn't help her.no smile then couldnt finish and had someone else do her nails...geez!! I have gone to this salon off and on for years. I agree with the comments about the technicians having different skill levels, but the facility is clean and the technicians are nice. However, what has occurred the last few times is having my hands jerked around while I get a manicure by the owner, Lynn. She is very condescending in maneuvering my fingers/ hands and making comments of do this not that, etc- at times almost hostile. Seriously?  This isn't the first time of having a manicure- and I have not received that attitude ever!  My suggestion is to have her not work on customers, as her attitude is very abrupt. Read Less

I took my daughter-in-law's bridal party here the day before their wedding for some stress reduction and a great mani-pedi.  The shop is beautiful and everyone was friendly, laughing and gave us all beautiful nails.  I had made an appointment beforehand so when we got there they were ready for all six of us.  It was a fun thing to do after the stress of planning the wedding!  The prices were usual it seemed and everyone was so sweet. So while I was on a vacation to Missouri,  I decided to treat myself and get my nails along with my boyfriend's toes done.  I had an appointment and even arrived 5 minutes early, I ended up waiting 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started. I have very few complaints about my pedi, however the gal that did my boyfriend's pedi was horrible. I could have done a better job of it at home. He still has dead skin and uneven toe nails. I mean if I'm paying 22 bucks for a  basic pedi for him you could at least put on a top coat. I wish the appointment stopped there unfortunately it did not. The lady that did my b f's toes also did my mani. The color doesn't match the color on my toes at all, the nails are longer on one hand then the other, the gel is uneven on my nails, the nails are too thick and just look extremely fake. I understand that they are fake but I don't want them to look like it. While she was getting them the right shape she was not just filing my nails but also the finger skin around it. She pushed my cuticles but didn't bother to trim them off so I just have random cuticles hanging off every which way, that she proceeded to just shove when she was using the detail drill. I have never been in so much pain during get a mani in my life. I don't  understand how this Salon is still in business with the shotty work I got  today. Lynn was rude and spent part of my session talking in a language I couldn't understand to someone else. I would not recommend this Salon to even my worst enemy. The place is clean I will give it that. The lady was the most rude lady I've ever had my nails done by. I got a pedicure and talked me out of getting nails put on because she implied that since I had a baby that I couldn't or shouldn't!!. Crazy. This place was not busy at all and now I see why. She had an attitude from the start, jerking my feet around and yelling at me not to do this or that. Then she tried to talk me outa of the color I picked as well. Um hello!? I've been going to Laboure Nail Salon for a few of months now and I visited the first time because it's really close to my job.  I usually would be the gel manicure.  The first time that I went I was very pleased with my manicure. It was great and it lasted for 2 weeks.  I went back and tried a different technician and the gel manicure started peeling within a couple of days.  He painted my cuticles and everything.  If you are interested in a consistenly good manicure this may not be the place because all of the technicians are not equally talented or experienced.  If you are a new client they may allow the inexperienced technicians to practice on you.  I thought that that was what school was for....Maybe it's me!On a seperate visit I dropped my mom off for a treat after we met for lunch while I went back to work......MY BAD!!!  The technician that was assigned to my mother did not speak english so my mom had to speak to the owner and the owner translated to the technician to let her know that "You're hurting me" or "I dont want my nails that short".  While she got a manicure the technician stepped on her wet toes and did not fix them.  The manager, Lynn said that she would fix the smudged toe nails but didnt.  Instead she offered her a reward card with 10 open spots for each visit.  After 10 visits you receive a free manicure.  She gave her two stamps...WHAT THE HECK!?!  How about fixing her nails?  My mom just left kind of sad. If a specific technician hasnt been suggested to you by someone that has had a great experience...DONT GO.  If there are alot of customers in the shop whether you have an appointment or not.... RESCHEDULE.  They will rush right through your services.  Quality isnt a top priority at this salon.I believe in quality and I dont think that its OK that some customers leave with quality sometimes or even most customers leave with quality... sometimes.  I believe that every cutomer should leave with quality products and services everytime.I might accept somethings when it comes to subpar customer service in exchange for convienence, great prices or awesome quality for myself , but after they treated my mom that way and allowed her to leave with her nails looking the way that they did.  I definitely wont be back. I decided to try this place out because of the yelp reviews already posted and I wasn't disappointed. I got a full set with french tips and they are the best I've ever had. The thing I liked most about this place was that they did not make me pay in the middle of my treatment. They were v. nice and kind and the place was v. clean. If I wasn't about to leave the country for a year, I'd be going back to this salon whenever I needed something done. Read Less

I've been going to Laboure for five years. Their attention to detail is solid, they're respectful of their clients and they have a terrific selection of polish colors and nail treatments. In addition, they recently added the Gel manicures. Great massage chairs, pleasant decor, solid magazine selection. They take reservations and walk-ins. Slightly pricier than comparable salons but totally worth it. Read Less

This has to be one of my favorite nail salon in St. Louis/ St. Charles County. They have a grape seed oil pedicure that is absolutely glorious. They do a wonderful job of smoothing heels and getting all of the ick off of your feet. It may be a few extra dollars, but it is totally worth it. I've always just walked in and never made an appointment. They do great eyebrow waxes too. They have all the new items that are on the market with the shellac and crackle.  Friendly, clean and sterile. Very important for any quality nail salon. Definitely recommend! Read Less
