Just had a wonderful manicure and pedicure today! The spa was bright and clean and the owner is extremely sweet. Not many places care about their customers the way she does. **In response to Allison Warner’s review. I hope you see this and I wish google would let me respond directly to your review. I witnessed the entire checkout process while you were leaving. The owner apologized profusely to you, discounted your services and offered to give you a gift card for your next service because they were understafffed today. Nothing she said or did to try to rectify the situation was good enough for you. You and your friend were awful. You left the poor woman in tears the way you treated her. You acted like you’re some kind of celebrity who deserves high priority over the rest of the people who were there patiently waiting for their services. And then you took the time to go online and try to hurt her business after all that. These people work harder than most people I know. Tried to make an appointment. They said just come in. There were only 2 workers and 3 customers so my girlfriend and I ended up having to wait. We were finally taken and worked in between other people. Ended up with uneven nails and horrible job. Dirty place. Not polite or professional. Will not be back. I went to French Nails for a powder dip mani. The service was ok but the tech did not push my cuticles back like most do before a nail service. The disheartening part was how the tech complained about her husband and she wishes he would move back to LA and she would throw a big party, on and on to another client. He called during my service and the conversation never ended. She was speaking in her language non-stop. After 10 minutes I was tired of waiting and started to ...fix my own nail that looked a little rough. I got up and asked if I was finished and she never left the phone still carry on with him. I paid and left and will not come back. The customer service was less than desirable. No one wants to hear your problems. Horrible service. Arrive for my 12:00 appointment with my sister at 11:35 and they were able to take her at 12:10 while I waited. Workers made my sister play musical chairs with the other customers, having to switch seats every few minute while their kids cried behind them. Workers paused to take care of the kids and answer phone calls every few minutes. They were finally ready to do my nails at 13:10 but I was out of time so I waited fore my sister's nails to get done so we could leave. Walked out the door at 13:30... I just wanted to have a nice nail day with my sister. I dont recommend French Nails to anyone wanting quality service. I arrived at 4pm on a Saturday for a pedicure,manicure, and a wax. I left at 6pm with just a pedicure. The lady kept drying off my feet and rubbing my legs with water. Almost stalling because she couldn't do anything else. I wanted gel French. They wanted me to wait for one person to do the "design." I just had them paint a solid color so I could get out of there. Absolutely loved our first visit here today! Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, little chairs for child pedicures, full body chair massagers, wide selection of colors, reasonable prices, and a drink menu (including a selection of the alcoholic variety!). My daughter and I had a Mother Daughter day. I got a Pedicure and the lady that did it was Amazing. She was careful and really made me relax. My daughter got a gel manicure, she said the guy was careful and gentle. We had an amazing time. I recommend this place for your pampering needs. We will defiantly be back. Terrible customer service. 4 hours later and my nails are still not dry. Never again will I go here. I have air bubbles under my top coat and address this with 2 workers and didn't care, were only upset because I didn't like bubbles in my top coat. Read Less

Very clean salon, nice environment, very friendly employees! They offer you beverages and take their time on your services, I came right before my wedding the first time and they gave me a gift certificate towards next time as a wedding gift. My best friend and I just went for a pedicure before I move away. We chose our pedicure option and they kept pushing the more expensive option. The woman I had was new at doing pedicures but was so amazing. The gentleman who was doing my friends pedicure kept getting up and leaving her in the chair. He was on his cell phone walking around then would come back for a few minutes then leave again. He was still finished with her pedicure before the lady finished mine. I have been going to this nail salon for 2 months now and I love it! Everybody working at the shop is so friendly. Hailey does a great job on my nails, eyebrows and the pedicure was the best I've had! They play music which is so much more relaxing then other shops I've been too. They have messaging chairs that are free to use when you are done or if you have a slight wait. They offer me tea or coffee which I love. I've only had the tea and it's so good. Great nail place!!! Very friendly and helpful when you have questions regarding services. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. I went towards the end of the lunch hour and they were eating some food in the back and insisted I have a spring roll. I was taken aback by their generosity to share! I am writing this review shortly after leaving and I have to say this was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had. I feel like the ownership needs to know that when people go to get their nails done they go to relax and it costs a lot of money as I spent $92 on this visit. The entire time I was getting my nails done the woman doing my manicure and then gentlemen doing my pedicure were talking. It made me feel very much like an outsider. Additionally at the beginning of my service it was disclosed to me that a tragedy had occurred in the family of the gentleman doing my pedicure. It was too much information for me to take in as it was a horrible tragedy but none the less one I did not need to know about. The quality massage for both manicure and pedicure was below average and the lady who did my shellac manicure missed a spot on my thumb and instead of thinking to polish it she tried to clip the nail that wasn't polished when I said no no she then polish the nail. Additionally I have nail polish on my fingers and my toes but the one positive was that the people were nice and I feel bad for the tragedy but but wish I wouldn't have been told about it as I'm not a friend or family and it's a huge burden when you're trying to relax. I actually only gave one star because you cant give less than that. I used to love this place, but then it kept getting pricier and pushier. When new management took over I was optimistic, but then it got even worse. I will not be returning. I rarely ever get my nails done but my grandma is in town so I figured this would be something fun to do together. When you pay this much for a service, you not only want to walk away really pleased with the way your nails look, but also with the experience you had in the salon. 10/10, would recommend this place to anyone in O'Fallon. The technicians were incredibly talented, but more importantly, (to me, anyway) they were personable and sweet and interested in the lives of their clients. I arrived in the evening to have a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was actually very relaxing and the lady did a nice job shaping my toenails. Unfortunately, she did a horrible job of painting my nails. They were so awful that I asked her to fix them (both feet) and she actually didn't do it until I was halfway through my manicure, forcing me to sit rather awkwardly so that she could reach my feet. The repair job was better, but I actually had several smears of polish on the outside of my nails and on top of my feet that she didn't clean up. At that point, I was over it so I just took care of that myself at home.The manicure was just okay. He put way too much polish on so they started chipping about a week later. He didn't shape my nails well. He also started soaking my nails and shaping them while I was still in the chair receiving my pedicure which I can't stand. I won't return. Read Less

So disappointed.  I WAS a client for over 3 years.  Myself and others were pressured to purchase many gift  certificates promising a discount.  Well that was in December was then  Told by the owner the gift certificates could not be used until after January 1.  Well now I know why.....They secretly sold the business. To some very questionable people.  I have been in to get a pedicure and was waited on by a lady who cut my toes pretty bad. Didn't stop after she saw the bleeding. I'm not sure who these people are but the place is dirty and the service are Awful.  Now I'm stuck with gift certificates that are worthless.  The previous owners didn't inform any of their clients they were selling.  We found out the hard way. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I sat for an hour waiting with polished remover and aluminum foil on my toes, and yes I know gel polish has to ""soak" off, but it does not take an hour. The the pedicure bath was broken and instead of moving me to a different bath, the nail tech tried to "work" on it whole I sat in the chair my feet were freezing, and never offered to put me in a different chair  (of which there were at least 6 open), until I began to get very frustrated at the horrible service and had to ask to be moved. I was moved to a previously used bath which I asked her to clean because I never saw her clean it out, she just continued to fill the bowl ignoring me. I would have walked out at this point, however I had a powder gel manicure started with nail tips that had not been filed and where the gel and glue used on the tips had stuck into a sharp edge and I noticed my finger was bleeding, where the scissors or gel had at some pint cut my finger open. I showed it to the male tech or owner David who said the tip or gel stuck to it and had cut it....he never put alcohol or anything o the cut but begin filing my nails. With a file that was NOT opened fresh. That is only a portion of the experience. They did not offer to do anything about the pedicure that began in a broken bowl, and once moved was attempted with barely lukewarm water twice, before I complained loudly enough that the water was finally made hot, as my feet were freezing from having remover on them for an hour. I asked at checkout about the pedicure and  it was only then that he said he give me $5 off. As I got home and looked closer at my nails, there was paint on my toes, my nails we filed horribly and looked like squares at the end of my fingers.  I called to complain and was yelled at that I cut my own finger,  and what did I think I should have gotten my service for free? This was by the owner David.... he got very loud with me on the phone and spoke over me. I recommend avoiding this place completely. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, ....oh and I got no hand massage or anything with my manicure.....yet was charged $78.... would not return if this was the last place on earth for services. And it is not sanitary and I will be calling the Missouri Board to report them. Would give them negative star ratings if possible!!!!! Read Less

Want to give a 1 one star review but my girl saved them from 1 star. My husband had one of the owners do his pedi and the other owner did my cousins. Both owners we rude and it was very expensive. One owner watched the football game and did a 1/2 assed job on my husband. The other owner talked on the phone the whole time on speaker while working on my cousin. My girl was fabulous and did an amazing job. I tipped my girl very well and didn't want to tip the owner at all, but was afraid he might try to take his nieces tip from her so I tipped him too. Will never go back. They did offer us drinks but were out of water and Coke, then told us they only had bud light, wine and Diet Coke. So why even offer??? Read Less
