I started going to Fancy Nails in 2010 and I moved away in 2013 and I've only been back there once since then. I called today to schedule an appointment with Helen (she's AWESOME) for New Years Eve and when I told her my name she not only remembered me, but she remembered my daughter and where she goes to college! Not impressed!! And extremely unhappy!! Did not get the service I requested!!! No stones ... he literally refused everything i requested above a basic acrylic set!!! The only reason I gave one star... because the lady that did my eyebrows was wonderful.. not rude at all ... because the male nail tech defined rude and was very rough! I would have rather he refused to service me than receive the service I did. Do, I quickly decided against trying a pedicure... ruined my day!!! First time there, when I walked in no one greeted me. I signed in and sat in the waiting area. After about 10 minutes of waiting one of the workers came over and informed me that the wait would be too long because they were too busy to service me. A Caucasian elder woman was waiting too, she was taken back for a pedicure but i was "kindly" asked to leave. I've been coming here for several months now, and have always had a very positive experience. Everyone is friendly and well skilled, and I am a very particular customer. If you get a gel manicure and it starts to peel up for any reason within two weeks, you can go in and they'll fix it for you for free. Then they'll also work with you to understand what may have happened so that they can adjust their procedure on you to make sure it never happens again (for me, its getting two coats of top layer). Worse set of gel nails I have ever had as they didn't look the greatest and started chipping before a week. Gel nails have always lasted over 2 weeks from other salons. Pedicure was poorly done as nail tech didn't even get all the previous polish of which showed through new polish. She even ignored me when I pointed it out. Waste of time and money, Read Less

Love Fancy Nails! The salon itself is open and airy. The staff are friendly and strive to make sure you have a good expereince every time. I have been a customer for 5+ years. I love the Gel polish. I have been to other salons when travleing and the same process dosen't last like Fancy Nails. I could go 3 weeks if it wasnt for the growth line! I am a business owner and my hands need to look good. The pedi stations are yummy with their new spa treatment choices. This is a place I can really enjoy taking care of me! I have been going to Fancy Nails since it opened, 9 years ago and I have always had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it. The nails are the best I have ever experienced. Had to go elsewhere once. Their prices were outrageous compared to Fancy Nails. And the nails were too thick that I couldn't pick up anything like a coin as was my experience prior to this salon. my experience was awful. The man working on my nails was very jerking with my hand and wrist. it hurt. he spent most of his time watching t.v. instead of my nails and even messed my nails up and they are over priced ! Read Less
