When I stopped in they did a nice job on my nails. However when I made an appointment they did not even make an attempt to start my nails on time. I am very busy and made an appointment to fit in getting my nails done not to sit in their salon for 30 minutes past my appointment and not even get started. Just moved to the area and went here because it was close to home. Staff was friendly. Asked for a gel manicure. I had a little bit of regular polish still on (it was red), which was not taken off. The technician asked if I wanted my nails cut. My exact words were "yes, just a little bit." She cut the nails so short that they were painful. I should have said something, but I also wanted my nails a consistent length. Overall, the gel lasted for awhile, so that was nice. Probably won't go back though. Read Less

I brought in 5 girls for services and not one had a good experience. First off, none of the supplies were cleaned. I watched as an employee used the cuticle trimmer and other supplies on me and then the same set on the person after me. They were not cleaned, and actually they kept the handles of the supplies in the blue sanitizer- not the heads. Second, my no chips were finished in less than 30min, with uneven nail lengths, polish beginning way too far from the cuticle, and only 2 coats. It was my birthday, and in the middle of my celebration that evening, half of my thumb polish peeled right off. I returned to the salon 2 days later, and I was not treated well. I ended up fixing my (now 3) chipped nails myself and leaving. I have been to many salons, both good and bad, in many different states.. and this one is sadly the worst I have been. Overall poor experience! You walk in, early to your appt, and they immediately yell at you to pick a color, no greeting. Mind you they give you no space to do so & when you have 4 other people standing there it's kind of hard. The technician rushed and made me bleed in 3 different spots, disconnecting my nail from the skin. Had to walk around barefoot bc they didn't offer any flip flops. Def felt as though they were talking about me. Then it comes time to pay;  2 receipts bc she has to change the paper (for my records- I wanted to keep a receipt that shows me what my total for all my usual services would be for comparison) she told me she has to keep that one as well?! Of course they charged the incorrect higher amount (I had a feeling that she would do that), I noticed they in fact did do that, clever. So I called and they refused to correct the transaction amount bc they can't do it over the phone? I had all the info they needed so Why, idk? I can assure I won't be returning to this location. They are obviously nice to their regulars, just not sure how they expect to continue to develop relationships with this type of 1st impression. Read Less

I used to go to this place pretty regularly to get pedicures. When the lady I usually went to wasn't available I just went to whoever could get me in. When I was getting my pedicure I felt as though the lady doing my toes was talking about me. I recorded it and found out she said that "she's been in here before" "I don't like her". I had 2 different people listen to it and they both said....I wouldn't go back. I think the lady's name is Kelly. It was a horrible pedicure too! I won't be back! I only get my nails done for special occasions but have been going here for years. I always get a full set with white tips (acrylic) and they last for about 2 weeks (which is usually the point where the acrylic starts to pull away from my real nail and they are grown out and ready to come off anyway). I also get an occasional pedicure (regular polish) which also lasts for about 2 weeks, sometimes an entire month! I'm always happy with the results. The nails are straight, well shaped, top coat always looks good. Sometimes there are tiny flaws, but nothing anyone else would probably notice. If you ask for a design, they'll give you something simple; not too fancy. Every tech seems to take special care while trimming tips, pulling the glue away from your skin, fixing any mistakes (if the polish doesn't look perfect they'll redo it without you asking). Anna, Wendy, Dee, and Lee have all been very kind and skilled. That's all the names I can remember at this moment. I've never left upset, maybe just a little sad about a spec under the top coat, or one nail that was filed a little too close to the nail bed. Minor flaws, but all in all, they last longer than any other place I've gone to and I've been the happiest here. Read Less

Was recommended...will not come here again...super rough my toe is bleeding and then on top of that they didn't give me sandals even when I asked and had me walk around their shop barefoot. My pedicure will be ruined when I get home since I need to clean the cut on my toe now Read Less

I've been getting my nails done every other week for over 10 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I'm assuming since I've never been in before -- as I am traveling -- they decided to give me the new guy. Not a problem! Except my nails have never looked worse. I got a gel manicure on Saturday. My nails looked great. The staff was friendly. BUT...One nail (thumb) chipped by Monday morning. I went in that evening and they fixed it with no problem. Tuesday morning, not only had that nail re-chipped, but my other thumb nail chipped as well. I'm not sure if it was the nail tech or the entire salon. Or maybe something I did. Ok, so straight up, I did not go personally, but my wife went there today, and came home very unhappy.  She seldom goes to get her nails done, but decided to treat herself -- this, however, was not a treat.  Key issues:  1) she felt she was rushed through, 2) she was not pleased with the outcome of the way they looked - not what she asked for (this could be, because of the language barrier - I get the impression that the person spoke just good enough English to take a basic order and collect the money, but not really communicate about the service), 3) when my wife further examined her nails she realized they were not even (different angles / curves, different lengths), 4) when she went back to complain, she was told that she was wrong and that they did a good job (so much for "the customer is always right), and one of the workers was even laughing at her.  Based upon what I saw and what my wife communicated to me the 1-Star is really too high - I wish I could give it zero. Even though I was told it wasn't a great place, I decided to go. I should of listened to my friends. I was going to get a fill in for my nails, and when they buff down your nails, for one, she did it way too much, it was painful! She made me bleed. Then a guy was doing my nails and he cut me too. I ended up getting cut on 7 or 8 fingers... They are extremely nice and speak clear english. They weren't rushing me, I spent a good hour and a half in there. Plus I don't think the nail station was cleaned, the desk top had gritty stuff on it from the person before me, ew! I did go in later in the day and was even there past closing time, and they were cleaning everything. so it is probably best to go in the morning while everything is clean. I also wish they had a better selection of nail polish. They were  nice, but the painful manicure was not worth it, cost me 18 bucks too. Nails stay on good though. Read Less

Since I moved to this area, this is the place I've always come to for my pedicures...The staffis always friendly and recognizes me when I walk in the door, even if its been 6 months. Anna updates her salon every few years also, so it's always a nice inviting experience. There is one girl here who is a little rough on the massage, but I'm sure that's a matter of personal taste, although my calf was bruised the next day! lol! I called anna's nails because I had driven by and saw it. I called at 7:15 on a Tuesday nite and even though they close at 8, they were very nice in accommodating me. I was thinking they would rush through my pedicure so they could all go home. Not the case. One of the BEST pedicures I have ever had! They were all super nice. The leg and foot massage was the best ever! I'm picky and they exceeded my expectations. I've been to a billion of these nail places and this is a very nice, clean one. And no more expensive than the others that are on every corner! My pedi was 25$ and worth it!I will only go here from now on. Went one time as I was unable to get in where I normally go, and was heading out of town.  Nails were chunky and only stayed on one week, where normally they would stay on at least 2 1/2 weeks.  I definitely paid the price for waiting too long.  Plus was a friendly staff. Read Less
