I’ve been in there so many times everything is perfect and quality with great hand and feet massages that will put you to sleep. Although there are some bad reviews that don’t make sense I go in there on a regular basis and the workers warm up to one and will treat you like a queen they are hard working talented young ladies. I do understand people make mistakes but that doesn’t mean judge them for accidentally cutting you it happens but they know how to handle it professionally and I appreciate that. Used a $60 gift certificate from my Kindergarten students this Summer. Toes turned out ok even though I wanted the owner to do it. She said she did not do them anymore. While they were finishing mine up she did someone else's pedicure. My manicure was done by a SOON TO BE Sophomore in High School. It was terrible. I went back the next day for my manicure to be redone by the owner, but it was not much better. Some employees seemed to lack training, experience, professionalism and were not treated respectfully by mgmt. I will never return even though the salon was beautiful. I usually go to a salon that looks to be nothing special, but their customer service, work ethic, and the results I get there are out of this world!! Read Less

This place is definitely cute. The manicure was great but the pedicure was absolutely horrible. The girl that did my pedicure is a junior in high school. She did not do a good job at all and she even stopped to look at her phone while doing the service. Emily did great job on the manicure though. Overall I won't be back. Sadly I have to go to get my toes done AGAIN because they were still hurting. And yet I still paid full price even after the owner knew I wasn't happy. Read Less

I went into the salon for my first time a few weeks ago, and because of such a great experience I returned today! I am going to Emilie for acrylic nails and she does a fabulous job!
