I went in for a mani and pedi over my hour long lunch break. They immediately sat me in a chair and didn’t tell me how long it would take before one of them would be able to get me started. I waited soaking my feet for almost an hour and finally had to get up and leave. It would have been nice if they could have given me an estimate on how long it would be before I would be helped. Another lady came in 45 mins after me and was helped immediately. I normally go to My Bliss and they do a great job and are quick when i go in over my lunch break. The staff is extremely friendly and aims for perfection. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, but my technician took special time and care to make sure everything was done well.The place is VERY CLEAN. They use a new set of tools on each customer (I saw her open it in from of me). I know this sounds like it should be a given, but unfortunately they don't do this at all nail salons. The inside of the spa is spacious, very aesthetically pleasing, and great for groups. They take reservations and accommodate walk-ins as well. They have so many different options for nail colors and gel colors, which I love. They offer the dip powder nails, which I didn't get done personally, but am sure they do a great job. Instead of going home after his last customer, I saw one of the technicians practice his technique to ensure precision in his free time. Also, my toe nails hadn't completely dried before I put my shoes back on and went home, so the polish on my big toe got a little smudged. I came back in the next day (without calling) and Vivian was super welcoming and kind. She fixed my polish and even touched up the rest of my pedicure for free. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Vivian has made drastic improvements to Z nails ever since she bought the store and took over.PS - Vivian told me that they will be starting a punch card reward system in April, so be on the look out for that! Good quality, nice people, they could have been a bit more clear because I got acrylics and wanted regular polish but showed them a gel sample nail not realizing it was gel since it was not labeled so. On Facebook they told me acrylics with plain polish would be $26. So I wish they would've clarified that it would be $20 more just for gel... because that caught me by surprise and now I wish I didn't spend $46 on my nails. oh well, you live and learn I guess. I am in cosmetology school and very particular and I've never been happier! Tommy did a fantastic job and was very gentle and accommodating. The female staff greeted me face to face when I walked in the door and was happy to answer all my questions. This spa has a very positive feeling and sanitation was great! I will definitely be back! While I did receive a beautiful pedicure, I was disappointed in my service. I researched reviews on this place before coming here and chose it because reviews said the technicians spoke very good English and the cleanliness was impeccable. I was grateful for the cleanliness because my nail tech spoke very little English and didn't understand me when I told him how much he was hurting me. I tried to convey that I had broken my toe a year before and he couldn't yank around on it, but he didn't understand. Also, it was the most painful cuticle trimming experience I've ever had at a nail salon. It was so uncomfortable and I made that clear but he didn't ease up and ended up cutting me and causing a lot of bleeding. He did follow procedure to make sure it was cleaned and none of my blood got on anything else for future customers but I left feeling mutilated more than pampered. I'm writing my review a month later because I wanted to see if my cut ever got infected. It did not. So that does speak well of their cleanliness, but I will not be returning. Ouch. Read Less

This morning I went into Z nails for the first time.. and I have to say they are so much better than any other nail salon in Liberty. I had the pleasure to have Vivian do my gel manicure and I could tell that she paid very close attention to detail & really truly cared about how my nails looked. She also remembered my name which is a huge bc when I go to CiCi Nails or XO nails they are too busy to even ask what my name is. I will definitely be back!!! Read Less

Went here for over two years. The last owners sold the shop recently and the new owners don't know how to do nails or eyebrows. When I ask for my eyebrows to be shaped and you hand me the mirror 10 times to make sure it looks okay that tells me you don't know what you're doing. Left with uneven eyebrows...which yes they offered to fix but at that point I'm not going to make things worse than they already are. Instead of fixing lifted acrylic he just puts super glue on it. When I'm getting French tip that means you see every part of where the nail had lifted. So incredibly disappointed that my favorite nail place went to inexpeierenced people. I will never be back. Best pedicure I have had. I have a problem with in- grown toenails so have to have my toenails done regularly to prevent going to the doctor. Ti was very professional and worked hard. Friendly staff. Nice looking and very clean SPA. Great price for a pedicure. Thank you.Read Less
