I have questions so I called them but I was treated as if I was bothering them and they didn’t want to explain what a regular ($25.) pedicure was opposed to the $39. I've had gel a million times.... for one, their gel lamp was burning me... never once have I had that problem any other times I have had gel. I went here for a gel manicure. And it was the worst manicure Ive had in my life. They didn't polish far enough back on my nail so every time I combed through my hair with my fingers hair would get caught on them. And then within 3 days the polish had already come off on some fingers. So I foolishly went back to have them redone because they say if it chips within a week that they'll redo them free of charge. The worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten!!  I will never go back and suggest you save your time and money and take your business somewhere else!! They flew through it which probably lead to the terrible result. They didn't fully paint my toe nails, yet somehow managed to get polish all over the skin around my toes. My boyfriend (who is like most guys and doesn't typically pay attention to this type of thing) even noticed and said my toes looked horrible while we were laying out at the pool later that weekend.  I got gel polish on my nails and a mere 2 days later almost every single nail was peeling off and/or bubbling. I did not do any harsh activities that would have led to this result either, it was simply poor execution by the salon. I went back in a few days later to request a refund and the techs working that day were extremely inconsiderate and said they couldn't do anything for me and I'd have to speak to the owner. I asked when he'd be in next or if there was a number or email I could reach him at and they said there was no way to get ahold of him (likely story.) I continued to explain to them my concerns, including pictures of my nails from 2 days later and they did eventually offer to fix my nails after arguing with them for 15 minutes but after the terrible job they did the first, I didn't want to waste more of my time. However, as I got normal polish on my toes they alluded it was my fault that it had "chipped" (aka was never painted in the first place.) After 15-20 minutes they FINALLY offered to give me a refund for my nails, however I left without them rectifying the terrible mess of a pedicure. Read Less

I waited two days to write this to calm down. My four year old daughter and I are visiting from Portland for a family wedding. I made our appt for two manicures. This would be our first manicure together. They swept my 4 year old away and we couldn't sit together. The older woman who did my nails was so incredibly rough. She cut me with a dremel. Really cut me. Her upselling was so agressive and I felt completely uncomfortable. I reluctantly agreed to a "dipping" color for $40. It was horrendous. Apparently, there is not supposed to be any UV light, however,  she was moving so fast and putting on so many layers, she finally added clear shellac and put me under a UV and called it good. She also told me, "we don't usually do manicure with dipping but I will do your cuticles? What?????? My nails have bubbles in them. They are thick and misshapen. I'm so angry. I told them this was the worst manicure of my life. They all started yelling at me and said it was fine "you have to wash your hands". Luckily my daughter's nails were fine. I paid. Went there for the first time and wanted a full set. The guy doing my pedicure got up in the middle of my service (which I found rude) and another lady finished it for him. After that was done, they had me sitting there for about 15 minutes. There was no nail dryer/UV light and when I she came back she told me to put my sandals on which my nails weren't dry so I had to ask for the flip flops before she gave it to me. She should know to do that. The guy who did my manicure did them so crooked, it was embarrassing for him. -Dirty, rude, and horrible service. I went to Premier nails in liberty for the first time and it will be the last. The only reason I went there instead of Masys was because I recieved a gift card. I called ahead and asked if they could tell me what the balance on the card was. The man who answered said the only way to determine the amount was to come in and hung up on me. The pedicure seats havent been wiped down recently they are covered in fingerprints and the little girls pedicure seats are disgustingly dirty with dried nail polish covering them. The woman over charged me an extra 5 dollars and rushed me out the door. My polish literally started to peel off after 2 days. They dilute the polish to make more $ and recycle water bottle they hand out to guests. My water didnt crack open like usual! Gross! Overall a horrible experience. Read Less

I will never go here again. I have never been to nail salon that charged me to shortened my nails during a fill. It takes them literally 1 minute to do it, if that. My nails look like a child painted them. There are bubbles in my nails along with black speckles. The towels you use to dry your hands with are super cheap so they shed everywhere and get all over your nails. For the price I paid, I should've just gone elsewhere. I came here to get one nail fixed, and let's just say my nail stands out from the others. There's lumps and the lady didn't even bother to make it look similar to my other nails. She didn't bother to do a good job and she charged me 7 dollars.I think she was bothered that I came to get my nail fixed. I should of just waited for my nail artist. Never coming back again! I get my nails done here every two weeks and this is the first place that I have ever gone that does my nails well enough (gel back to a clean cuticle) in order for me skip a week without looking tacky! Plus, the specials they run are GREAT! Read Less
