This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The fact that there was no spa experience whatsoever was not the problem. The problem was that the nail technician assigned to me was so extremely rude and mean that I actually ended up crying in the chair. After he cut my nails without asking, gave me a 5 minute pedicure that should of lasted 30 minutes, pretended to scrub my feet, and then gave up and left his post, I wanted to walk away from the experience right then and there. However my family asked me to stay. I would explain in full detail what happened to me but instead I'll just tell you that this is my very first time giving a bad review. The other staff members "tried" to make it right by assigning me a woman to finish the job but they never addressed the issue. Had a pedicure done by Tai. He took his time, was very thourough and did a great job! He wasn't rushed or rushing as you sometimes get when you go in for a mani or pedi. I felt like he would like to have me come back again. Not like I was just another person to get to the next person. He engaged in conversation and was quite fun to talk to. Very rude, rushed and when they ruined my polish they just put another coat on. When I asked someone else to fix the smudge he put top coat over and said ok all good. I had the fastest pedicure to date ten minutes. No hot towel which is on list and didn't scrub calluses. I tried hem despite the reviews and being in parking lot thought oh can't be that bad. Wrong! Stood at counter to pay for 15 minutes. Then was charged for serving we didn't receive when I asked she said yes you did. No no I didn't get that. No where to sit waiting to get in ether. This salon is nice on the inside, but the staff members aren't very nice. The quality of their work isn't that great either, compared to previous experiences. One day my friend and I went to get our nails done around 6pm (they closed at 7). They seemed so offended that we would show up so close to "close", as they kept looking at the clock and rolling their eyes. They must have been in such a hurry because they had two different people working on my nails, ripping them off quickly (it actually hurt!). I do know that it was recently daylight savings, so I tried to assume that they didn't know? I don't know. It's unfortunate because it's a beautiful space, but the staff make it unworthy. It has occurred to me that every time I come to get my nails done, the staff is very rude and judgmental. As well as the waiting time they will say it will be 30 minutes when I have been waiting for an hour. They also will do extra care for your nails that you didn't ask for. I will not be coming back to this place unless someone else pays for it. One thing I dislike is paying for half effort of service. I understand that Saturday's are very busy, but there is no reason to rush through services. I felt like there was no passion in any service provided . First impressions are solid for me. I usually come here to get my nails done and they aren't the best quality but it's close to my house and it's an ok price. Anyway I was leaving town and I needed to get my toes done quick. I went in and sat down very quickly so that was great. The people were nice but I had a few problems. 1) I wanted a flower painted on my toes and the lady that was originally doing mine couldn't do she asked another lady. This lady didn't talk to me, finished my toes, and got up and left. I didn't know if I was done and I sat there for 10+ mins and finally decided to get up and pay. I got the pedicure that was $25 and they charged me $31. I was in a hurry and the guy didn't speak good english (or so he told me) and so I just left. Not a good experience. Read Less

I have been two times to get a gel pedicure. The first time was amazing, and the techs took their time on both my friends and my pedicure. Both techs were very friendly and talkative.This time I went in with the same friend to have a pedicure done before my baby came. The pedicures were very rushed, nothing relaxing about them. The gentlemen who did mine was very rough, even after asking him to be easy with my feet and toes with the tools and his grip. Two times during my pedicure the gentlemen left to take a smoke break. Which resulted in an overly smoky smell to finish out what should've been a relaxing time. To end it all, I had to ask the guy to scrub more on my feet and fix things as he rushed through it all. My mom and I had a great experience today! They had a wonderful and organized polish selection. Everything was very clean, including all of the implements, files buffers etc. and we loved the decor! I've been there 3 times. The nails techs are not consistent. There is one guy there that takes his time and does a decent job but I'm not impressed by the others. They seem irritated when you ask for any type of design and there was only one guy there who knows how to do them, as long as it's not too detailed. It was too expensive for the work and not a good value. I've noticed every time that the color starts further from the cuticle ensuring that I have to come back sooner to get a fill. Read Less

I went for a mani pedi today. I had to wait, which was fine. When the nail tech finally came to get me, the manager told him I came first and another lady was after me.  He could not understand what she was trying to tell him. It was like I was invisible. Eventually he asked me to come back. My water was cold, there wasn't any product in it and the jets weren't turned on. He disappeared for another 20 minutes. Customers that came in after me were soaking in lovely warm water and were being attended to while I sat there in cold water. When my tech showed up, I was obviously upset. He cut my nails and then the manager came over and took his place. She rushed thru my pedicure and manicure. If this was a $25 mani/pedi combo, I'd keep my mouth shut. It was not. I came here for gel manicures with a friend, and I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I came in, or else I might have been scared away! We came as walk-ins and were seated immediately. The nail techs worked really quickly. I think we were both in and out within 30 min, so this would likely make an excellent lunch hour manicure stop.My technician was professional and my nails turned out nicely. I'm only a few days in, but so far I haven't had any problems with chipping or streaks. They were reasonably priced at $35 for a gel manicure. They unwrapped new, fresh tools for my manicure as well, which I really liked. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure, 2 broken nails and a color change. Very disappointed. My manicurist took maybe 15 on my pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. When it came to my nails, she did okay but I already felt rushed. I had a gift certificate, which is the only reason why I went and the only reason I'll go back. Read Less

My daughter and I arrived at 10 sharp for our appt and the only person in the shop was the receptionist. We waited for several minutes and i finally asked when we could expect them to arrive. He had no idea. After about 15 minutes they finally showed up. When i handed the tech the polish i had picked out for my pedi she said that polish would be $5 extra. I have used this polish at other salons at no extra cost In addition, they completed the $25 pedi in approx 15 minutes.  The nails were rough, they barely scrubbed my feet.  I could have done a better job at home. Tried this salon out several times last summer when they first opened because they were offering 20% off. Yes they have a beautiful salon, but the gel manicures I got just didn't last and often times my nails were mis-shapened.  Not a lot of attention to detail. The last manicure I received was streaked and had bubbles. Went somewhere that was cheaper and better quality. Read Less
