I’ve been to two regal nail salons and had terrible experiences! This one in particular I went to today and online says they close at 8 and I went in at 7:40 to see if they could fix what the last salon did wrong and I was denied service. She did not care to hear what I needed which could have been done before closing time. I proceeded to ask what time they closed and she ignored my question and said she wasn’t taking anymore people. I honestly wouldn't give this place a star... I walked in figuring I'd try this place since I was already in lees summit. I normally go to the one in Raymore. At first instead of soaking off the dipping powder, the guy decided to cut it off and then proceeded to use the tools on my nails.. Making them very weak and paper thin. Not only was he making them weak and very thin he chipped one of my nails and didn't fix it. He never said a word to me and seemed like he was in a hurry. To sum it all up, my nail with the chip is broke and going to having to start all over. Two, the powder is very uneven and looks my nails have a angle to them. I have been here twice before. Today I was a walk in, my mom and I waited maybe about 10 then the tech started on our pedicures. They came out great! I have no complains about this part. However the lady who did my pedicure forgot she had an appt. She passed me off to someone else for my nails, this person must be in some feud with my tech because right in front of me he refused to help me and said she had to do it. Now I'm waiting for anyone to do my manicure. I get I was a... walk in but it's not my fault she forgot. This is the worse service. I am taking my business else where. Thank you Lynn for making this a horrible experience. Lynn is working with another tech on an important client and hasn't once apologized for her employees behavior. This could be my new nail spot if they wouldn't have torn my finger off! One woman was using a buffer and buffed my skin to the bone almost literally without a care in the world even after I mention it hurting. Afterwards, she tried to say I had a rash??? Lmao my finger was bleeding so bad and she couldn't take the blame for it even when I pointed it out as she was buffing.. This nail shop without a doubt is the worst I have ever been to. While I was able to get helped fairly quick the left arm of the chair given for me to sit in for my pedicure would not stay in position so essential I only had the use of one arm rest. While I know this next commit is common in my opinion it is still rude, most of the time the staff spoke in their native tongue which in my opinion is rude when dealing with customers who do not speak your native tongue . While doing my manicure the nail tech I had was somewhat belittling making it a point to mention how large my hands were in comparison to the gel machine used to dry my nails, advising " these do not come bigger" when my hands fit in them just fine. Not to mention while trimming around my cuticle she cut me on my left hand third finger( I remember because it hurt so bad when she began to apply the product for my white tip ) and blamed me saying it was my fault!!! My sister and I were floored and looked at each other in disbelief while at the same time struggling to maintain an acceptable temper. By that time I advised her to skip the massage and she responded " bye... go" and proceeded to hand me the paper towels she used on her table while doing my nails to wipe off the cheap baby lotion she put on my arm. I was shocked and furious to say the least. Not to mention I had my five year old daughter with me, which turned out to be a positive for them because other wise they would have gotten a piece of my mind and some other choice words. However when it came time to pay she and the rest of the staff were as sweet as sugar with grins on their faces. Please don't make the same $65.00 mistake I made two days ago. This is probably one of the worst places I ever been, to get my nails done.the service was slow and horrible.I asked for stilleto nails and I got rounded shape nails.I told them specifically and detailed what I wanted before they started taking my polish nails off. it was quite simple,all I ask was to do the same way how it looks now but pointier and I wanted them long.the guy said he understood yet still did the opposite .I told him that's not how I wanted them.an he kept talking back to me telling me Its suppose to be this way. He kept messing It up and made my nails too short to where you couldn't even do them anymore.I can't believe I paid the full price just to get a half done job.I didn't like my nails to to where I didn't even want to get them painted.so I left and went and got them done somewhere else.
