I went for the first time with my daughter since we're looking for a nail place and it has a pretty good rating It was a mistake The process was very rushed and the tech was argumentative. With my set too much glue was used and some leaked onto my skin The tech aggressively tried to separate where it bonded and broke my skin on four nails - very painful and they later became infected. The shaping wasn't great on either of our sets My daughter's was especially bad and we paid extra for the coffin shape. The result was very uneven. My nail beds were over dremelled, which was painful and will take months to grow out the red lines that are a result of that. My daughter's polish started to chip badly within a few days, and I have chips in the acrylic itself. I've never seen that happen before. They didn't have clean cloth or paper towels to dry our hands after washing. We were given a dirty towel that they use at the stations.
My daughter went somewhere else to get hers fixed yesterday and they were shocked at the terrible job done. She ended up with a whole new set because they were crooked and poorly done. Much better experience and better quality.
Needless to say, we won't be going back. More than anything, my main concern is how unsanitary they are. Be careful!

Emily did my manicure with such personal care and detail. In a word, AWESOME!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

I just moved from out of state and decided to give these guys a try- they were excellent! The place was completely packed when I walked in and I was immediately greeted and given the last available chair! I didn't even wait 5 minutes before Michael was working on my refill. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind! He did a beautiful job- the woman next to me was getting ombre nails done with dip powder and they looked incredible!!! This place is very well priced and has great customer service. Definitely my new spot!

I've been here three times. I really want to love this place, but each time I leave less than impressed. It's generally not the quality of my nails, as they do a really good job with the gel as far as endurance and how long it stays on. But what I don't like is how I feel so rushed through the process. I don't like how they drill my nails and really I don't feel like I get a good manicure, or pedicure *experience*.
Maybe I'm just one of these people that prefers to have a good experience, as opposed to just getting my nails painted nicely. So two stars because the nails are nice, but also two stars because the experience is so rushed. Also I don't feel like the establishment is very clean or kept up with.
And for the love of Pete, WHY does every tech argue with me about what brand of nail polish I use? I prefer the gelish brand and I swear up until the first paint stroke they all argur that I should use OPI. I don't like OPI, and that's ok! Lol. You do, that's fine. I don't.

The are good in skill. I used to rave about this place and send everyone there because they are clean and recently did renovations. They are always very busy and have a large staff.
They upset me a few months ago when they refused to do a basic full set using acrylic with regular polish. They insisted I used dipping powder or acrylic with gel polish. I said no, I want acrylic with regular polish. They refused to do it and kept trying to upsell me. I let them do the dipping powder with tips and left angry because I was charged $50 and can’t change my own polish at home if I wanted. I didn’t come back for several months and decided this week to give them another shot. They did the same thing again, kept telling me NO I could not have what I wanted, that I needed to pick something more expensive. I got up and walked out and will never go back.

Clean, fast, and friendly. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick pedicure while out running errands. There are no shortage of nail salons in the a area, and the most popular ones are often the worse. Not the case here! I had a good experience. Visually looked clean, the staff was pleasant, and I didn't have to wait for service. I look forward to returning.

My dip dust manicure color did not look the same as the one I chose in the book . I had to go home to fix the color myself. Also, mine did not look natural at all. My nails looked very thick and gloopy. The top was uneven, there was a noticeable dent in the middle of some nails. I've seen other dip dust manicures come out more smooth and natural from a different nail tech, so I was disappointed with mine. However, I still paid but probably won't be back.

This place has really taken off! They have done a huge remodel, making it a nice, clean and modern nail spa. The staff is friendly, efficient and very skilled. Unless I come at a busy time, I usually get right in and don't have much of a wait. The prices are comparable to the other nail spas in the city. I'm very picky about my nails and they never let me down.

I'm new to the area/state. I only went here because of good reviews posted. This was the worst manicure, gel nail experience I have ever had! The man working on my hands, about 1/2 way through actually told me to continue drying my hands under the fan, and forgot about me. 20 min later, I'm sitting waiting for him to return. He had already started on someone else. I asked his coworker for help. The original man finally came back, but didn't remove any of the fingernail polish from my fingers. He blamed me for having shorter nails. The manager was no help when I left. Worst place ever, almost everyone working in the place ignored me. I'll never go back! Beware!

This is the absolute best place for a pedicure. They treat you like family and are extremely professional. My toes look top notch every time I leave, I've never been disappointed. Brian and Michael are the go to guys. We enjoy chatting and can tell they truly care for their customers.Run don't walk to get in here. Just don't take my spot with these guys ;-).

I just moved here from Florida and needed to find a new nail salon and decided to give this place a chance. Probably the best decision I made because if you want your nails to look fabulous you should definitely come check this out! It's really nice and clean and I'm a major clean freak. The workers here are very friendly and fun and they even talk to you. They really pay attention to every detail. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I went for the first time with my daughter since we're looking for a nail place and it has a pretty good rating It was a mistake The process was very rushed and the tech was argumentative. With my set too much glue was used and some leaked onto my skin The tech aggressively tried to separate where it bonded and broke my skin on four nails - very painful and they later became infected. I just moved from out of state and decided to give these guys a try- they were excellent! The place was completely packed when I walked in and I was immediately greeted and given the last available chair! I didn't even wait 5 minutes before Michael was working on my refill. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind! He did a beautiful job- the woman next to me was getting ombre nails done with dip powder and they looked incredible!!! I've been here three times. I really want to love this place, but each time I leave less than impressed. It's generally not the quality of my nails, as they do a really good job with the gel as far as endurance and how long it stays on. But what I don't like is how I feel so rushed through the process. Clean, fast, and friendly. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick pedicure while out running errands. There are no shortage of nail salons in the a area, and the most popular ones are often the worse. Not the case here! I had a good experience. Visually looked clean, the staff was pleasant, and I didn't have to wait for service. I look forward to returning.

My dip dust manicure color did not look the same as the one I chose in the book . I had to go home to fix the color myself. Also, mine did not look natural at all. My nails looked very thick and gloopy. The top was uneven, there was a noticeable dent in the middle of some nails. I've seen other dip dust manicures come out more smooth and natural from a different nail tech, so I was disappointed with mine. However, I still paid but probably won't be back.
