I will NEVER go back. The nail service quality is actually good, but the customer service is terrible. There is always an extremely long wait to get your nails done and they don’t take appointments. What they will do is hold a spot in line for regulars. I waited over an hour in the waiting area while they continued to take people who walked in well after I came in. I confronted the owner and he continued to make excuses and take the next “person who came back”.

The nails look crooked, blending was terrible, jems came instantly off, theres glue all over my fingers, one tech made me bleed in the nailbed and there was inconsistent quality throughout.

So, after years of searching for the right hair stylist, my search is finally over. I am a cancer survivor and being bald previously makes my hair extra important to me. Erin listed to what I wanted, and then she delivered! We talked the entire time, I really felt like I had made a new friend, or friends when I left because everyone in the salon was so friendly! I could have hung out all day long ! I loved the relaxed environment, it was fancy but laid back, just my style. Erin was so amazing at her craft! My hair is just as super blonde as I wanted it to be and I am so happy!!!

Most disgusting nail shop in KC. They reuse disposable gloves when doing pedicures, don't clean the foot tub between pedicures, rip out hang nails, and they still use blades. This place is VERY unsanitary. They are very rude and do not care about the health of your nails or skin. They cut my finger with the electric filer and told me it was no big deal. And removed half of my friend's toe nail claiming it was ingrown (it wasn't) and then the nail got infected. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it.

Super cute, clean salon with a nice atmosphere. They offer everything (cuts, color, blowouts, eyelashes, waxing, facials, products, etc). Erin cares about what your hair look like when you leave because it is a reflection of her work and talent. I don't know how many times I have shown a stylist a picture of the cut I want... but Erin is the first to ever give me exactly what I had in mind. She does an awesome job!

So, after years of searching for the right hair stylist, my search is finally over. I am a cancer survivor and being bald previously makes my hair extra important to me. Erin listed to what I wanted, and then she delivered! We talked the entire time, I really felt like I had made a new friend, or friends when I left because everyone in the salon was so friendly!
