Beautiful and clean interior, super friendly staff, and great pedicures! I decided to treat myself to a "me day" and when I saw the phenomenal reviews for this place, I decided to give it a try. They did a wonderful job on my "winter feet." It looks like they do great nail art, too. I just got a basic pedi, but the girl next to me ended up with adorable hearts on her toes. This is an awesome salon! I have gotten both a gel manicure and pedicure from Ann and the second woman who works here - BOTH AMAZING. They take their time and truly know what they are doing. I am extremely picky about my nails, but weeks later I am still pleased with their service. I had a really great experience here and will probably be back to make this my regular nail salon!  The service was impeccable, and the product quality is very high.  The price is also high, but my gel mani is lasting me over a month - so I think the pricetag of $45 is well worthwhile.The location is prime and the salon is very clean.  The environment is professional, but still has a family feel to it.  Ann really knows what she is doing and her nail art and designs are very fun! Yay I found my KC nail salon! It's taken a year, but this place is the best in my neighborhood (Plaza/Westport). Pros:1. Gentle!2. Wine!3. The main thing i look for in a salon - precise and accurate polish application - my regular mani looked perfect for 9 days before it chipped!4. Great massage chairs5. Small and they take their time - I didn't feel rushed through like I have at some larger/busier salons. The caveat is that you should probably make an appointment in advance!6. CleanThe only thing I wish they had was a mani/pedi deal. My favorite place in Dallas had a deal for $32 mani/pedi and I've seen some places that have a $35 deal for the combo. It's a little pricey, but I will pay extra to ensure I don't walk out with cut cuticles and air bubbles. Read Less

My friend bought me a gift certificate for mani/pedi so I stopped in. The owner and another lady took great care of me. Customer service was top notch as they strived to speak to me using my first name and engaging in sincere conversation. The foot/leg massage was better than most. Exfoliation was great. They mentioned using high end products which is evidenced by my no frills mani and polish not chipping in 4 days. The massage chair is the best I've ever experienced. If you are tired of going to a nail salon and watching your nail tech talk on the phone, look out the window and talk to their friends...all while using nippers...then this is the place to go.  I have NEVER seen techs be SO careful and SO attentive.  Ann, the owner, has a strict policy about using only the best products and providing the best possible service.  Seriously, my nails are utter perfection.  If you want to get Ann going, ask her about cheap products from China...HAHA...she will go NUTS.  She doesn't allow the staff to talk to each other in Vietnamese.  Speaking other languages isn't necessarily a problem for me, but I have wondered if staff at other salons were talking about me.  So, speaking English is much appreciated.  Although they accept walk-ins, you REALLY should make an appointment.  This is not a "Wham-Bam-Thank-You-Ma'am" salon.  They take their time and are developing a long list of devoted regulars.  You are going to pay a few dollars more than some other salons, but it is SO worth it. This is by far the best nail salons in the city and I have tried many.  Anh's salon is exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly.  This is not one of those places where you walk in and get a different person every time.  The Owner (Anh) and her mom (Helen) are hands-on and very detailed.  I will go no where else!!!!!  And while they welcome walk-ins, I strongly recommend getting an appointment as they are becoming extremely popular in their short time in Westport.  If you haven't been to True Nails, you need to give them a try.  You will not be disappointed. This salon is top notch! From the minute I walked in the door I received white-glove service. I was offered something to drink and my chair was fired up and ready to go for my pedicure. The shop is very clean and neat. The chairs are very comfortable and the message was on point. The tech who did my pedicure was awesome, great foot massage, almost like a reflexology. The products they use are high quality and non-toxic. This was probably the best pedicure I've ever received and I've been getting regular pedicures for the past 15 years in cities all over the US. This place is amazing. I feel like family and genuinely loved and appreciated as a customer. Not only are my nails always on point when I leave, I feel so pampered and relaxed while I'm there. This salon is so wonderful, I have nothing but nice things to say.... I wanted to wait until I visited a couple times to be able to give my honest and real opinion. Well it was my third time today, and I'm blown away. First off the customer service is awesome. Ann and her mom Helen, even her husband and son treat me like family. I feel genuinely loved and cared for here. The job is superb. I've been getting my nails done over 10 years in 4 different states and Ann is so talented that I wonder how I've even had anything else before her. The products are natural and help my skin to look beautiful. She makes it feel like a true girls time and I'm so comfortable around her that it's a pleasure.
