I’ve been seeing Payton (our mutual first name was what caught my attention) for about a year now after having some disappointing color experiences with a previous hair stylist at another salon. All I can say is that she is amazing!! She has taken me from bad chunky highlights, to light blonde, to darker brunette and just recently back to blonde. She is wonderful to have conversations with and her results always blow me away. Plus I love how she curls it at the end and will sometimes post pictures to her Instagram account. There’s no one else I trust with my hair. I’ve done so much to it and it’s still soft and smooth. The rest of the staff is great too, I’ve had lash extensions with Elissa and a massage with Tony. Visited Glam Room today for the first time and I had the BEST experience! Liz was AWESOME - My hair is exactly what i had envisioned thanks to her taking the time to understand what I was looking for. At other salons, things felt rushed and as a result, I ended up being less than impressed with the results...Not this time! Extra bonus, the scalp massage was SO RELAXING! I have been to dozens of salons and this is my favorite! Not only is it cute, clean and comfortable inside, but I got the best pedicure of my life with not only long, amazing massages but also the best paint job of my life! They were working hard to get everyone started quickly and were taking customers just minutes before close. Not to mention I paid with a gift certificate that they donated to an auction for Peyton Manning Chidlren's Hospital so they give back to the community. The whole staff was also extremely friendly! I had a nice experience. This was my first visit because I had a gift certificate. Heather was very nice and gave me a good medi/pedi. The receptionist was really nice when I made my appointment I believe her name as Morgan. I don't think I would come back again, not because of the service. BEST PLACE EVER!!! I go to Peyton and between her awesome personality and talent with hair I could never go anywhere else! She genuinely cares so much about making you feel happy with the results and most importantly makes sure HEALTHY hair comes first. I went from super dark to an ashy ombre and it took a couple times as expected with my hair color but so worth taking the time and having healthy looking hair. Would give 0 stars if I could. Highly disappointed. I had a $100 gift certificate I received. Expires in 2020 Went tonight and received about the most blah pedicure ever. When I went to pay with my gift certificate I was told they are no longer accepting gift certificates as they bought the place and will not honor ones that were sold from the previous owners. She said they posted online they quit honoring them at the end of they year. So I paid my $55. To make it worse I che...cked the site and it states they will not honor gift certificates after a year. Problem with that is there is no date issued. Only an expiration. So I just spent a lot on an ok pedi and have a useless $100 gift certificate. I should also add that this was donated to a charity auction so the old owners didn't even receive $ for it. But luckily the charity did. If you purchase a business you should be purchasing everything that goes with it. It's not the customers fault you made a bad business decision and didn't get compensation for gift certificates already sold by the previous owner. Otherwise start a new business. My friends and I visited yesterday for the first time and we had an amazing experience! Jackie and Angie both did my manicure and it was by far the best manicure I've had! They were so kind and sweet and took interest in my life. Most salons I've been to don't talk to you during your treatment and it makes for an awkward visit! My nail technician was an absolute delight, great service and fantastic job on my manicure. I think her name is Ivy and I highly recommend her. LNS boosts a cute interior with comfy pink and white chairs. My mom, daughter, and I had a great experience this past weekend. The only downside, they book a lot of parties both for littles and adults which can really back things up. We had 1:00 pm appointments and were not seated until 1:30 pm. I had been here many times before the shop changed ownership. I really liked it before. When I went for a pedicure today, I was really in a lot of pain. The person who did my service cut my big toe badly and it still hurts badly. She never apologized; just wiped off the blood and put all of this antiseptic stuff on it without asking if it was okay. I'm 38 weeks pregnant & concerned about infection. She also filed my heel on the same foot and rubbed off a patch of skin which w...as incredibly painful and another bloody mess. She put some kind of liquid bandage on it without asking, and then decided to ask if it was ok. Still no apologies or acknowledgment of my discomfort. Charged me $35 and stood there staring when I signed charge slip, so I felt uncomfortable not tipping, but now wish I hadn't tipped or paid for the service since I'm in so much pain tonight.
