However; I am so happy to have experienced the pleasantries of OPI Nail Salon each time I go. It has become my favorite salon! The owner, Hai is knowledgeable and cares that you have a pleasant experience. The pedicures are offered with a glass of wine or beverage and a warm oil, hot stone massage... Amazing! OPI Nails is fresh and clean with nice background music for young or older customers. Hai and his nail techs do a great job. My nails look great and the price is right! This past Saturday I got a pedi and a gel manicure for a wedding that I was going yo that night. However, it has only been 4 day since I got my nails done and my gel manicure is already coming off most of my fingers (7 to be exact). Don't know if it was the color I picked or if it was how they got done but I was expecting them to last longer than 4 days. I was in KC from out of town, found the shop by accident on yelp, it was not too far from my hotel. I had my acrylic nails filled and gel polish and he did a wonderful job. I also had a hot rock pedicure since they were on sale, it was so relaxing. Next time I’m in the area , I will return!!! Read Less

I initially went in for services on Saturday but they weren’t able to provided services so I scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday) got a little snow so I didn’t expect them to be open. So I walked in on Monday and let me just say I had the best experience EVER. The guy who did my pedicure was so nice and took his time. and them HOT STONES first and it was amazing. Hai did my nails and took his time and made sure I liked them. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Of all the nail salons in Kansa City this one is the best. Also there was another lady who was getting gel and once complete didn’t not like her color so they changed it for her without an issue. I thought that was nice of them. I say the only thing that’s missing is maybe have wine, soft drinks or water for customers like some of the others salons. It’s nice and clean in shop. Quality! I love going to this nail salon, they are friendly and take time to give you exactly what you want! Very clean and that is very important when it comes to your health! I have came to OPI nails twice now. The lady did beautiful designs on my nails both time. The pedicure in had felt great although I wish they were scrubbed harder but that is my fault for not speaking up! They know their workers strengths and work together well. I was referred to Hai by a close friend and am sorry I didn't followup sooner. This is just the second time I've been to him and not only do my gel nails look amazing, they lasted longer than any others I've had for years. It was time because it had been four weeks . . . but they still looked fresh! Hai is fun and the shop is fresh and immaculate. Also I have never had a hot stone pedicure (which I had today). I have never felt so DISCRIMINATED in my life until I walked into Opi Nails & Wax Today I walked in with my mother, grandmother and my aunt who is visiting from Mexico.. We started picking out nail polish and speaking in Spanish to my aunt. The owner Hai Dao told us that we couldn't speak Spanish there and told us to leave.
