I went with a friend the other day. The business was clean and chairs were comfortable. The pedicure was $30, No menu of options was provided. There was no soap, fragrance, or bath salts of any kind added to the water. The pumice bars used were not very effective as i still had calluses when I left. The massage portion was minimal. My only areas of improvement are hours and ambiance. They aren't open on sundays and they don't offer you a beverage (I've been spoiled). I have been getting my nails done for 5 years, I am really bad about going and getting them filled as I don't make time for myself as much as I should. I came to Classy Nail on a whim while in KC at the beginning of June and had the best nail experience I have ever had. The gal that did my Mani/Pedi was the nicest, sweetest lady and she did a fantastic job. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and they have swatches of colors to match just for that. My gel manicure lasted over a month and I was super reluctant to get them done again after being home because I knew it wouldn't be as good of an experience as Classy Nail. Love coming to this nail salon! They remember your name with each visit. A pedicure ALWAYS lasts an hour. No matter how busy they are. Quality work each and every time for years now. I travel 45 minutes just to get my nails done at Classy Nails! They are consistent with their work. The customer service is the best I've received. They know you by name and always interact with you as a customer. The salon is clean and newly renovated. The owners should be proud of their small business now open for 11 years! I took my girls there because it was closest to the hotel we were staying in. These guys were fantastic!! They had all of us laughing and having a great time!! I finished a meeting way before my flight was scheduled to leave and came in for a mani/pedi. They were super nice, did a great job and even recommended a place to go shopping and kill some time before heading to the airport! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely go again! Read Less

My daughter and I have been getting manis and pedis  done here for a long time. Sometimes it is busy but all the techs here are worth the wait. Everyone here is super friendly and are worth the premium price. I always have issues with my nails and my feet always ache as I constantly travel. But The ladies and gentlemen here always make me feel better. Polish lasts weeks as well. Love, love, love this place! Read Less

I called to make an appointment, but they told me to come on over now.  I went over and they recognized me right away and remembered my name from the phone call.  They did a great job on my manicure and pedicure and were very friendly.  The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it was $55, and I'm from New York where there is a nail shop on every corner and a manicure is $15-20 and pedicure is less than $25.  Wasn't disappointed after paying what I thought was a premium rate though.  They prefer you pay with cash or check, which I didn't mind but it's good to know ahead of time. Super salon!  They are always quick and friendly without making you feel rushed!  They are SUPER good with kids and let you get your nails done your way.  They don't make you feel bad if you feel like being quiet when you're in but they love to chat with you if you're in that kind of mood as well.  The salon is very clean and all of their techs are extremely meticulous!  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!
