Ni is amazing. Best pedicure in town. I choose 35 dollar deluxe and it is over an hour and so worth it. I won't go anywhere else

Awesome and affordable! Service and staff are excellent. I always get in fast! People constantly comment on how awesome my nails and toes look! Definitely my favorite spot!

Truly a horrible nail salon. I asked the lady for ombré nails and she did not give me ombré nails and charged me $45. I told the nail tech I did NOT like my nails at all and she refused to fix them sa...
Truly a horrible nail salon. I asked the lady for ombré nails and she did not give me ombré nails and charged me $45. I told the nail tech I did NOT like my nails at all and she refused to fix them saying that’s what I asked for and it’s just the lighting. Then I called the salon to speak to the manager and she said I could come in and get my nails done for free just call her ahead of time and so I did that and then she said that she never said that “it was a long time ago free nails no more and no refund”. Then insisted I needed to go to the nail salon to talk to her because she was too “busy” to take care of the problem. I get it no refund because it’s a business of service but 1. Don’t over charge me 2. Don’t take back what you said 3. Do your job correctly or hire nail techs that do what the clients ask. I’ve had this problem before here and I let it go but at this point it’s pathetic. Literally one of the worse nail salons in Independence.

Princess Nails is a wonderful place to go to get your feet done at. The deluxe spa pedicure is the best. The staff at Princess Nails is awesome also. They are always friendly and nice when I go.

I come here every two weeks and they always give me the best service. They are so patient when I want to layer different colors with the glitter polish and Nina will even "demo" combinations for me on...
I come here every two weeks and they always give me the best service. They are so patient when I want to layer different colors with the glitter polish and Nina will even "demo" combinations for me on her nails sometimes. Ask for the deluxe pedicure because the upgrade is worth how soft your feet feel afterward.

Excellent quality and service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean, fast and caring. Good atmosphere. ..speak little English but enough. Product last! They remember their clients.

Excellent service. Very relaxed feeling. I'm a guy and I go for pedicure here about every 5 to 6 weeks. My wife usually gets along the same time so just tell everybody guys you can feel welcome here and they treat you really good very relaxing. I highly recommend Princess nails.

I love this nail salon! I always get right in at my appointment time and they have a lot of colors to choose from! The staff is very friendly and I will keep coming back!
