I went into this shop with my sister. It was pleasant experience. I got wonderful customer service however my nail technician did hurt my toe with the utensils. I brushed it off and didn't consider it a big deal until 3 days later. My toe is swollen and started discoloring. I went to urgent care and doctor confirmed it's a nail infection. I'm on antibiotics. Not even sure what my next step should be. This is the first infection I ever had. Definitely make sure they clean the utensils in front of you. Read Less

I had a beautiful morning at Nicola Quinn's Day Spa. I was treated to the bliss package and started off with Khush for an eyebrow trio. She had lots of great advice and threaded my eyebrows for the first time. I was very pleased with the result. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Khush about a month ago and they were an absolute mess when I went in. Khush did an amazing job at reshaping them and I didn't have to pluck out any missed hairs when I got home. Rebooked straight away as I dont think I'll be going anywhere else from now on! Read Less

I had last got my nails done for a dance recital that I go to. I was able to describe the color I needed to get done, and they knew which gel to pick for me. I was expecting to flinch a couple times, particularly with a trouble nail that was broken in the nail itself. I didn't notice any pain. Their shop is kept clean and their equipment looking nice. The price of the place I went to previously and this one was comparable, and I don't mind going in today to get my nails done there as well. Looking forward to actually seeing what they have in terms of colors this time since I am not resticted to having 'natural' color nails to be on stage with. I reccomend these people. Read Less

I recently had an appointment with the lovely Teresa, she was warm, professional and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the consultation and recommended treatment and walk through on some products that might suit me afterwards. No pressure to buy, just a practical talk through what may suit my needs, with some information to go through in my own time, which I really appreciated. As usual I absolutely loved my time at Nicola Quinn this afternoon. Had an express pedicure with Tanya and definitely would go back to her for the same or similar treatment again. She was an absolute perfectionist, took her time, made me feel super comfortable and welcome and was such a sweetheart from the moment I met her. This is the worst manicure I have ever had. My nail beds were chopped down unevenly and too deep. She made the cuticles ragged and then put polish on them. The drying light bulb table was broken, but they had me put my hands under there like I was dumb and wouldn't realize it wasn't working. The cost was $18 for this horrible job! The pic is of the manicure 4 days later. I have painted my own nails and they have looked way better than this after 4 days. You can clearly see the terrible cuticles and nail beds. Awful!! I usually have a very good experience although this time the lady did not want to listen to what I wanted and kept adding layers of gel nail polish on my nails making them look like bubble nails and then every single nail is a different shape. It says no refunds, but there is no way I'm paying $30 and having my nails look like this. Read Less

Kelly is the best. She has a steady hand and she doesn't rush. Everyone is very polite and funny. Nails don't chip or rip off and I could wait a whole month before having to need a fill. The gel polish doesn't chip and look just as shiny as it did when I first had them done.Read Less

I had to go three weeks between manicures and my nails still looked amazing (other than cuticle growth). No chipping, and the gel was just as shiny as the day it was done. Everyone is friendly and they have LOTS of color choices. They're a *bit* pricier than other salons I've been to, but again, they're amazing.Read Less

This place was really disgustingly dirty. Floors hadn't been swept for awhile. Went an hour after opening so it wasn't like it was a full days worth of traffic. See the picture of how dusty the UV dryer was. My pedicure only lasted about 15 min. Lotion was applied and rubbed in,then my feet were put back in the water and it was all taken off. Weird. Not sure what the point of that was-lotion is supposed to stay on and soak in. Was never put under a light for my toes to dry. See picture. It was pretty comical. Ive never had my toes "dried" like that before. I messed up 2 toes before I left which I just went ahead and fixed myself. Got gel on my nails. Noticed the polish I picked said "colour changing" I asked my tech and he swore up and down it wouldn't change colour-but of course, it did. Which sucks cause I needed a certain colour to match my dress for a wedding...Overall a truly bizarre experience Read Less
