I went in for a simple manicure with gel polish, as I have used gel polish for the last 5+ years. They obviously don't know what they are doing with using the gel polish. With the first color, it was old, and I tried to tell them, but she kept adding polish, and it wouldn't stay on the nail (she thinned it out too much when it was too thick the first try). With the second color, she kept adding layer upon layer and not letting me put my hands under the lights in between the coats. Even the topcoat is old, as I have no shine to my nails at all. Also, they didn't cover the nail all the way on the sides of the nail. My design looks horrible. They also didn't listen when I told them to even out the nails, not shorten them, and now they are way too short for my liking. What was supposed to take less than an hour (as I went on my lunch hour) turned into a 2+ hour ordeal. I will NEVER return this place, and I warn you to not go. There are much better places that I've found in Independence and Liberty. Read Less
