At first was I pleased because it was a relaxed atmosphere and a couple of the staff were funny and friendly. The manicure was ok, it seemed rushed and not a lot of attention to detail. The reason for the one start is because of their dishonest dealings with us. I was taking my daughter in to get a manicure for prom and I was just going to get mine done for fun with her. I told them we only wanted the $12 manicure. The lady pushed hard for us to do the extra $18 gel that would make the manicure last 2 to 3 weeks. After a lot of pushing, I finally gave in and told her that my daughter could get the gel, but I DID NOT want the gel. Half way through my manicure she spoke Vietnamese to the guy doing my nails and I heard her say the word "gel". I had a gut feeling that she was telling him to put gel on my nails anyway. I thought he was just putting on a normal top coat but in the end my original suspicions were correct. When I went to pay, expecting $42, I was charged $60. I was very frustrated and feel like they may as well have just stolen $18 out of my purse. For that reason alone, I will never go back. But also, this $18 upgrade that was forced upon me that was supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks had already started to chip after only a week. Read Less

My daughter and I have been going here for years and don't go anywhere else for mani/pedis. Family owned and comfortable atmosphere plus the new massage chairs are amazing!!! And yes if your polish chips, swing back by and they will fix it....No problem :) Read Less

Very talented nail techs, always ask what you want, will fix anything to make you happy. They give complimentary soda and water. Has TV, to watch while getting nails done. Great prices and excellent customer service!Read Less

I received a gift certificate for Christmas and made an appointment for a mani pedi.  I couldn't be more pleased!  The people are extremely friendly and do an amazing job!  I have been twice now and will continue to be a regular customer.  I highly recommend this business! Read Less

My daughter and I get our nails done together and when our nail guy quit we were mortified.  Luckily we found Hollywood nails and this place is absolutely amazing!!! Christie, Kim and Tu are the friendliest people and they are total perfectionists! They never over charge and so far there hasn't been a design they couldn't do. Christie and Tu are the most amazing artists I've ever seen! They treat you like family and go out of their way to make you happy. The salon is absolutely spotless!
