I got my eyelashes done on friday. Saturday two had already fell out, and i couldn't go back to tell and show because of work. So i came in on that Monday to talk to the lady. To were one eye was spacey and look like I already need a filled after two days. Then she goes on and on about other customers don't do this and that. I kindly told her, each customer is different from each other. Like we seriously went back and forth about 15 mins. Then she finally fix it and didn't charge me. I highly recommend DON'T GO HERE!!!! This place was terrible! The entire staff was rude. The person who worked on my pedicure did a half ass job, no massage, just rubbed lotion on my legs. The person who did my manicure cut off my entire cuticles, and was very rude and stopped my manicure multiple times to talk to the technician next to her. Was very skeptical about this place, because of the reviews. Well the reviews are 100% true. Very rude male who answers the phone and greets people when they come in. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and she was great but for me to get my manicure i had to wait almost an hr. Then they lady who did them was very sloppy and really didn't care about my nails. I had to check over her work and had her redo some but not all cuz i was tired of pointing out the mistakes she was making. Its sad i have to go to my normal place to have my nails fixed from their mess up. Plus i asked for matching colors for nails and toes and they don't. Went on mothers day and they were busy , and I get it. Waited for about an hour needed a fill. I think the owner was doing my nails. All in all he probably worked on my nails for 15 minutes but it took 45 because he kept getting up and taking payments and helping other guests, even then not an issue if when he was doing my nails he was paying attention or putting anything into it. Horrible service!!! Went for a full set on my mom and a fill for myself. Nail tech started on my mom, filed one hand and then started on someone else's pedicure and just left my mom waiting... I waited longer just for a fill and when one tech became available they too went into a pedicure. They don't even have the right staff for the jobs horrible waits and awful communication!!! I have been going to Mai for 2 years now for my eyelashes. I highly recommend Good Nails! They are all very friendly and get you in fast.I love them all!!
