Prices were reasonable. $55 for a basic pedicure ($25) and manicure with gel ($30). The basic package was nothing special, minimal massage and scrub. The nail tech did not converse much and was short with answers to questions regarding polish and packages. Toe polish was adequate but a little uneven, perhaps b/c I chose a light color. Manicure was a good cut and shape. However, the polish was quickly put on without much concern for detail. The edge near the cuticle is very ragged with polish even up on the cuticle. When brought up to the tech, she clipped the edges with a cuticle trimmer and sent me on my way. (Picture is of light pink nails in the photos). I went here to get my nails done before my wedding. I asked for a gel manicure. They shaped my nails unevenly and the paint was not smooth. With 2 days several of my nails were peeling off. I called back and asked for them to fix them, the said they would. When I came back later that day, they were very rude to me and gave me dirty looks. I did not feel welcome and will not come back. I'm sitting in the pedicure seat they haven't ran water they had two techs become available and the one that was supposed to service me she came up to me saying she had to leave and that I would have to wait. Although they were really fast at getting me in at short notice, my nails look like my 2 year old did them. They aren't the same size at all and some of the gel polish is already coming off and I just got them done a day ago. I got a full set With gel and just my toes paint with regular polish and it cost me $40. I was not satisfied with their prices or there services. Read Less

This business is AWESOME!! I never have an appointment because my schedule changes day to day. I'm always willing to wait but they never make me wait!! They take their time and do an AMAZING job! I recommend them to all my friends! The drive from Blackwell is totally worth it!! Read Less

The nail polish they use is old and peels/chips off very easily. Just had a pedicure Saturday and the polish has peeled/chipped off and it's Monday. (Never have had that happened to me before anywhere) Read Less

This was my first time getting my nails professionally done and it was a terrible experience! I wanted a matte black, the lady did them and they weren't even matte! I transported a disabled woman to get her nails done and a pedicure. She was charged $95.00 for the services. Very steep price for a person on a very fixed income. Researching the charges, a nail technician stated the establishment gives the customers what they want. If they asked her if she wanted longer time in the foot bath, oils or lotions on her feet and she said yes it raised her bill. What they failed to inform her was each yes raised the price of her final bill. In the future, the technicians should make customers aware that if they are asked about additional services there are charges for those services. Read Less

I'll tell you what there is noooo way I would rate this place. My first time.!! I was telling the girl I cannot bend over to cut my nails and told her why.!!! Car accident.! Not only she did not cut my toenails but one on my big toes she did cut half of it.! Crooked.! Went back in before I left the parking lot, she says there was something wrong with my TOE. Could not cut them because it is not good for me. I said I'm 60 years old I should know if they were cut or where they were cut too.! They do a great job, although they suddenly raised their prices. I was blindsided with a $45 bill that's normally $35, and I get the same thing everytime. The owners do excellent work though. I've tried going to other places and they just don't do as good of a job. Read Less

Visiting from out of town.  My mom and i decided to get manicires and peducures.  We had an appointment for 10:30. Showed up on time.  They had few colors to choose from but we selected on what they had.  My mom selected colors based on the swatch/samples and they were out of all of the ones she wanted.  The pedicures were over priced for dollar store lotion and scrubs that they use.  When I got my nails painted the Polish was all over my fingers and my cuticles.  My mom had to wait 30 min between her manicure and her pedicure.  When we were completely finished we stood up and they had two other women sit in the same chairs for pedicures.  This was done with out cleaning or sanitation of tools and the bowl.  State Board would have a field day.  I will never go back there and instructed my mom not to. I'm not sure how this place stays so busy all of the time. This nail salon beats out any other I have been to as far as rudeness goes. While getting my eyebrows waxed, the only girl that does it yells across the room in their language. If you know anything about getting your eyebrows waxed,  you know they are right up in your face. So essentially,  she is yelling IN YOUR FACE across the room. I also had a mani/pedi. While getting the manicure,  the older lady kept jerking my hand with force because I wasn't holding it in the exact position she wanted. After dealing with all of the rude employees there,  I left with a manicure and pedicure that was mediocre at best. Read Less
