I always use Viet Nails when I’m treating myself to some new nails. However I am not impressed with the ones I got yesterday - less than 24 hours and the paint is chipped, cracked and lifting off. Granted I asked for ‘normal’ paint but in the days before Shellac normal nail polish would have lasted A LOT longer than 24 hours! Seriously doubting whether I’ll go back again! Read Less

I am appalled by the service that I have received from Viet Nails, after being referred to you by a couple of friends. I paid for my nails to be done for the festive season and was told they would last 4-5weeks. I was happy with how they looked when I left. However, Just over a week later I was extremely disappointed with the way my nails looked. Several were coming up, they looked off colour and the paint had worn away already. I have paid good money and expect a much bette...r service than this. I returned to viet nails when I was told by a friend that you would 'happily' fix this for me. Yes you were busy, but upon explaining what had happened I don't think you were quite getting the point. I then waited over an hour to then be told I had to pay more money to sort out the issue. I refuse to spend more money on something that should have lasted 4 more weeks, like you said they would. The customer service I received was disgusting, at no point were any of you helpful or wanted to rectify this situation, you just wanted more money from me. By today (14 days later) I have now lost 3 of the tips and the rest look atrocious!!! I am fuming that I have let myself pay out this amount of money for what I thought would be a treat over the Christmas period. Awful experience !!! Used to love this place but the last time I went the guy was so rude to me for no reason I couldn’t wait fir him to finish. Today there was 1 person in the queue before me and waited an hour. Usually your told if it’s going to be more than 15 mins. ... Then to be told he couldn’t do the simple design I asked for. French polish coffin nails with a bit of glitter! Very simple compared with the designs you see on fb and I’ve seen in person! Lovely place! Had my nails done yesterday evening and they were very flexible with times and stayed open longer just for us as we couldn't get until just after 5.30pm due to working... they were very professional and friendly, and very patient when we were being awkward and kept changing our mind! They really don’t even deserve 1 star because they are very unprofessional, I wanted my toes and nails done and they tried to say they could only do my toes but continued to say they couldn’t do my nails though because they were about to close. If I’m already in the chair for them to do my nails , they should continue to do them instead of them trying to tell me to get up because they were about to close. You just don’t do that, although they have the right to refuse service to people, I did not do anything for them to feel that they should deny me. I went to this establishment a few days ago and I received horrible service . Worst place I've ever been! Not only did they over charge me, my set was horrible. The polish was sloppy. There was a huge chunk of acrylic left under my thumb nail. She used gel after I asked her not to. I showed her the pic of what I wanted. I was told $30 and last minute she wanted to try to charge me $10 extra for a simple design which I already paid for. When I showed them all the mistakes they refused to refund my money or make it right. I will never ever give them my business again! Read Less
