I came in about 4:30, they were kind of busy. When I got called back, at first my water was getting to hot, then it was just too cold!!! I’m not much of complainer, so I didn’t voice my opinion. I had gel polish that needed to be taken off, but I wanted it soaked off. Plenty of nail shops in the past if I requested would soak it off for me because I do not want my nail beds damaged by them taking it off by the drill. The man told me he couldn’t do it & I don’t understand why, it just seemed as they were trying to rush everything & that’s not something I’m paying for!!! I just told them I’ll go to another shop. I am a regular but since they moved to the bigger space. Their main focus is quantity over quality. I spent $45 on a pedicure w/gel and my polish came out looking chewed up. The owner tried fixing it but the job could not be refurbished. Instead of offering to do it correctly, his only concern was taking my payment and getting me out the door. I went in yesterday and the guy who did my nails was completely rude. He wasn't listening to what I wanted ( simple full set and filled oval) then when he was doing it wrong and I told him what I wanted he was like "OMG GOSHH" like excuse me that's what you get paid to do. To do what I CAPITAL I want. If he don't like his job he should get another one period. After he said that I said"what do you mean this is what you are paid to do?" Then he continues to do my nails. I don't know who Michelle is but if she's the owner she needs better people period. Unhappy with my service but it's not a big deal because I'll never go and spend my money there again anyway. But that guy was completely ridiculous, get another job in America after you become a citizen if you don't like doing nails but until then DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS THEY ARE PAYING. Read Less

I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and they said they couldn't do the SIMPLE design I wanted. They have placards with intricate designs but said they couldnt do a criss cross with jewels or even write I DO on my ring finger. The acrylic job itself looked horrible too so I just had the man take the paint off so I can get it fixed somewhere else. He still charged me for the acrylic. Read Less

Not a very good experience. For starters the nail techs were very rude and seemed as if they had an attitude with customers. The prices were a little bit too high and they charge extra for EVERYTHING!!! Overall they do great nails but the customer service is what caused me to give them one star. Read Less

I don't normally get my nails done but I'm going to a nice occasion and decided come here to get a gel manicure. The moment I walked in I was almost yelled at for not knowing exactly what I wanted because I wanted to look at what they offered. They criticized the nail shape I wanted and for asking if they had more polish colors (which they did), filed my nails unevenly and complained when I asked for it to me retouched. The color I asked for came out shimmery instead of matte like it appeared on the nail display, which maybe the lighting was to blame and not them but I was disappointed to not get what I wanted.The lady at the end very lazily put cuticle oil on me, beginning with my actual cuticles in one finger but soon didn't even try to reach my cuticles but settled for my knuckles. When I asked her about it she complained again and rubbed my hand and asked if I was happy. I was hoping for a relaxing time but instead felt stressed and very unwelcome, as if I was putting them out. In the end I paid $26 for extremely blotchy, bumpy, uneven and bleeding nails. I work in hospitality so maybe I have a high standard for customer experience, but even if I didn't I would never recommend this place. Read Less

Horrible service! I went to their new location and the owner or manager was yelling at one of the nail techs because she was taking a while to finish her client's nails. I waited almost an hr because even though other techs were available he wanted to proof a point to her that she needed to hurry. Never going back. Read Less

This business is family owned. Yes their children come to the shop occasionally to save on paying a babysitter. The children don`t bother the customer`s. so why should that matter? It`s the product that your there for, not to judge the family. They get inspected from the health board every 6 months. if they are not following the rules, i`m sure they are the people to close the shop, Anna`s workers do unerstand some english. But you know, deal with it. It`s easier than trying to talk to someone that is spanish! I have been going to Ann`s for as long as they have been there, around 8 years. I have no problem talking with them and I receive wonderful service. I recommend everyone to try them out. Their prices are lowest in town. Anna Nails does a great job! I have been to several nail shops and Anna's is by far the best. I must agree SOMETIMES they let their kids run around but it's not like they mess with you or anything that has to do with your nails, they simply just run around being kids. Doesn't bother me.
