Absolutely disgusted with this place. I waited 3 hours to get my nails done. No one acknowledged me. Another girl waited four hours for a fill-in. When someone finally started water for my pedicure I put my foot in the water and the water was so scolding hot I burned my feet and said forget it. That should have been a law suit. My feet were burning for 20min after I took my feet out of the water. No one apologized. After my mom finished she getting her nails done she confronted the owner about their horrible customer service. We will NEVER BE BACK! Read Less

I think this was one of the WORST experiences me and my fiance have ever had. We scheduled our appointment for 10am I'd scheduled to have my eyebrows done, along with a manicure and our pedicures. However, the guy doing my pedicure was moving as if he was trying to beat the clock and as if he was in a race of some sort and my feet and legs suffered because of it. He was even bleeding profusely from a finger and he then put on gloves after I brought it to his attention. The lady had to keep telling him what else he was supposed to do because he kept missing steps in the process. She scraped the skin off my finances foot because she used the foot scrubber on top of his feet and legs. When she instructed him to get the bowl to get my manicure started, I quickly threw my hands up stopping them both, yelling No Thanks, I will not be getting a manicure or my eyebrows done.
