I will never go here again. I was getting a manicure and pedi. The women who did my nail grabbed the drill from the man next to her who was drilling another girls feet and proceeded to attempt to drill my nails with it. I ask her if she would get another drill (who wants someone else's foot shavings on their hands) she refused and so I asked her could she at least clean the drill. She dipped the drill in my foot soak and then went to do my nails. I almost got up right away. The man next to her grabbed a new one and gave it to her and she changed it but later changed it back. I begun looking at all the equipment how they reuse it and go to foot to foot without cleaning it. I was disgusted. When we started on the manicure I asked her for a design and she said they don't do designs when they are busy however the nail tech next to her asked her customer if she would like a design. She tried to make some conversation and be nice to make up for it but it was obvious that she was frustrated and rushing to get to other customers. She also made me get a fake nail which I refused because she wanted to charge me 2 dollars for it and I didn't feel I needed it. She did end up giving it to me free of charge I will give her that. My bill was $80.00 which was fine but she then proceeded to ask for a tip. I was done at that point and just paid the 80 and left. I know that most of these places are dirty but I am now completely turned off from getting pedicures. If they will do this right in my face what other short cuts are they taking. Fed up got charged 80 dollars today got cjeomw nails today now tonight I LOOK At my nails not only is the chrome coming off tonight there was bad polishing altogether I have nail polish underneath and I got gel nails Didnt put any type of oil on my hands n most nail shop massage your hands I got none of that returning tomorrow to have my nails repolished then had the nerve to ask for a tip n the communication is poor Read Less

This nail shop has really went down over the years I've always loved this nail shop I've been going on and off for almost 9 years and now I will never go back. Please don't waste your time here believe me I made an appointment for my husband and I a week in advance and to come in and still wait over an on hour and let them know I was leaving and to me I felt as if they were happy to have one less person on the waiting list. They rush through nails and pedicures here, and I now travel out of the way for a more expensive place, that should definitely tell you a lot. They do an okay job with regular and gel polish but do not produce quality work with powder dip. I went on Friday and got the powder dip. The nail technician didn't use the nail dehydrator before applying the first powder step and Saturday, my powder dip began chipping. Not only that, he didn't fully clean my nail plate of the initial color I came in with (orange) and there were fragments of the polish color still on my nails. He didn't clean my hands up either and left orange powder residue all over my fingers. The host at the front desk had to help me remove it with acetone. Overall just sloppy and poor quality. I went the next day (yesterday) to have it repaired and a different nail technician completely redid it for me, which was very nice. However, the powder dip job was not shiny like it is at the salon I normally patronize. They didn't put on the final top coat that makes it hard and shiny. It had a matte finish, which it should not. Today, I was doing light housework and the powder dip chipped again on several nails. This is not an issue I've ever had. I understand sometimes after weeks of wearing it, it can chip--that's understood but to chip continuously 24-48 hours after a fresh application is a waste of $30 and my time. I've been going since January 2016 and I'm happy to say I love going to this nail salon. When I started looking to get a refill, my nails had been done at a shop that is apart of a chain of Nail Salons and my nails look 2 or 3 different nail tech had tried to fix what the other person could not...So after a month of new growth I end up at Nails Plus where the old set was removed with no effort and I'm so happy.As of 5/13/16 my set nails from 1/8/16 still looks like a new set.Thank you Michelle Read Less

Horrible experience.  I waited over an hour before I was taken back for the jelly pedicure.  I had this done once in New York and it felt amazing on my feet so I was excited to see someone in STL do this.  The women hardly filled up the bowl so my feet were not covered in the jelly then I had to sit there for 5 minutes uncomftorably trying to get my feet to soak in the jelly.  She came back and while taking off my nail polish answered her phone and started video chatting with someone.  Since she was preoccupied she only cut two toe nails and told me the rest were good.  She rushed through my pedicure, which i was paying more for since i upgraded the pedicure and then was upset when I told her I didn't want the cheese grater on my feet.  She half massaged my legs and slopply put on polish.  I should have just left at this point but I really wanted my nails done before my trip so I did a gel polish.  Again rushed and sloppy.  I had polish on my fingers and it looks like  a 2 year old did my nails.  Very disappointed!!  I typically travel to Clayton for my nail services but thought I would give this salon a try.  I paid to much for my 35 minute total service.  I would get the same thing done in Clayton for the same price and the service would last almost an hour and half. All in all customer service is horrible here.  To top it off they allow people to come in and  disturb your service in order to sell makeup. Read Less

I have been coming here for years...I find the other comments hard to believe...Van usually does my nails...but everone in the salon is very capable...I know their supplies are sterilized...I see what they do...as I used to have a hair salon. Their shop is very clean! Read Less

I love this nail shop! Not too expensive and my nails last. The staff is friendly and professional. I received  the best pedicure treatment  here than any other salon i've been too in north county. I've been going for about 6 months now... we shall see if this momentum  can continue. Ill re-review at the end of the year. Read Less

I have tried out many nail places, this is currently my favorite.  I don't usually get my hands done, but I love a regular pedicure.I haven't made an appointment here and I'm always greeted quickly and I feel like I get out quickly also.  I have had two different pedicurists and they both did an excellent job. This is what is known in the industry as a NSS (non standard salon)....they do not sanitize as state law requires. They do not even follow proper nail enhancement procedures to prevent lifting and other such issues. They openly talk about the clients and think its okay because they believe none understand what they're saying. They raise prices as they see fit, for example I told the tech I did not want any polish and she charged me extra for leaving with naked nails. Why do I need you to paint my nails when its not going to be up to my standards and you'll charge me extra for designs that you are not even capable of doing to my satisfaction. I am a nail tech with over 10 years experience and the only reason I went here is because I wanted to be serviced for once instead of doing them myself. I mean honestly, after seeing my regular clients day in and day out thats the least I can get is a decent set of enhancements, right??? Do yourselves all a favor and pass this one up. Go right down the building to Beauty Brands and have those young ladies do your nails. Do yourself and your nails a favor and research nail salons that do not see you as another person in their assembly line and are interested in gaining you as a regular nail client. One who will listen to what you want and who is also capable of educating you on appropriate nail enhancement care and maintanence. Price shouldn't be a factor in this. Understand that getting enhancements that cost $40+ are much better than getting enhancements that are $23-$25. We have a saying ""Good nails are not cheap and cheap nails are not good."" Read Less

I recieved poor service at this salon. I was told my nails would be dry in 10 minutes but I waited 15 at the dryers. The polish nicked and ran. I went back for them to fix the mess and they didn't even remove all the polish they just polished over it which left bubbles. I ask 3 different people  about it before Tim came over and put ANOTHER top coat on. 3 hrs later it was still not dry and iI find another nick. Will not try that salon again. Read Less
