The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and detail-oriented. During every visit, my nail technician listened carefully to my request and took time with my cuticles and nail bed.
One of my nails chipped one week after my no-chip manicure. The manager re-did the nail free-of-charge!! I did not expect such an efficient, accommodating service from such a high-end salon. Overall, very pleased, would recommend!!

unprofessional, unfriendly, and very disrespectful. They will talk bad about you to other customers and right in your face (in their own language of course). Last of all, some of them get very upset when you dont give them a tip as if its mandatory!!!

Jimmy nails is in poor condition and not that sanitary of place. They speak English when taking your money but speak in their language when talking shit about you. The workers are rude and move extremely to fast to provide quality work and good customer service. I would not spend money with this place.

If I could give zero stars I would! I started going here a few months ago and everything was fine at first (a bit overpriced) but service was OK. After 2-3 visits customer service was horrible!! I would make appointments and the tech (Sarah) wouldn't show up and when texting her to see where she was, she would make excuses about her phone being broke but wouldn't apologize or try and reschedule for the inconvenience. She is constantly on the phone with her boyfriend while working and very unprofessional. I will NEVER spend my money here again!!

This place is horrible I went for a simple manicure the chic there put 3 fake nails on my hands didn't ask for them,now 2 weeks later I bought acetone to remove them and it doesn't work doesn't even take the Polish off,I called the stupid bitch kept saying 10.00 and she will remove them I just want to know what the hell they used that I can't get anything off my nails!!!! Very rude !!!! Never go there again and my advice no one else go there!!!

He's picks and chooses who he wants to service next, regardless how long you've been waiting. I would love to write a review about the performance of the job, but never made it that far.. I guess I wasn't as important as the next customer

I came here for a pedicure, full acrylic set, eye brow waxing, and came back for a fill in. Not the best, but not the worst. They do good eyebrow waxing though. But I noticed people the nail techs dipping customers feet in pink wax. I'm not sure what the wax does for your feet. But they use this same wax and bucket for everyone. That is not very sanitary.

The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and detail-oriented. During every visit, my nail technician listened carefully to my request and took time with my cuticles and nail bed.

But I noticed people the nail techs dipping customers feet in pink wax. I'm not sure what the wax does for your feet. But they use this same wax and bucket for everyone. That is not very sanitary.
