So last night I came here to get my nails dobe which i needed 2 nail repairs and a fill... So i started picking my colors out and they start talking their language so one of the ladys says to me we can't do you nails... I said okay.. Why??? And she said you too picky... I was like really..and I walked out.. I never had a nail place ever so thoa to me before. Apparently they did not want the money. This is an horroble establishment. If your gonna be loke that towards customers you should have picked a different career. I was livid. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE RUDE. I went to Apple Nails and spa. They were awesome. I got gel color, for neither coating was my hand permitted to stay in the light to set.... when I mentioned it the tech said "it will be fine".....I have one nail on each hand that is a different colour then the other 4 & when I washed my hands after I ended up with scratch marks from the paper towel I dried my hands with...... this is not the first time I have been less than satisfied..... usually there are areas with no nail polish on the sides, & the acrylic had offen been Doreen on my cuticles.... I have never complained.....today when I voiced my concerns she wouldn't listen.... so I paid her & told her I wouldn't be back.... to which she replied out load "good".NOT GOOD AT ALL ON ANY LEVEL. Jenny said the place is family owned. Is she the owner?? She's nice. My nails are always awesome. Its gotten really busy there in last year so i try and schedule an appt. No walk ins...i wrote this originally a few months back. I stopped going cause its soo busy I would get my nails done but they would be too busy for my feet. So i had to leave twice to get my pedicure at Happy nails. I loved my nails there but i switched to somewhere i could do everything in one place. Read Less

I should have heeded the warnings in other reviews about their poor customer service. I called and asked to make an appointment and was asked what time I want to come in. I said I could come right away if they had someone free to service me. I was told yes to come in now. I was there in less than ten minutes and literally every single chair was full. And when I walked in at least 3 of the nail techs turned around, looked at me and just went back to work. No one greeted me or asked what I wanted. This place sucks. Read Less
