A long time ago I used to go there all the time but recently I've been supporting black owned business so I found one and love it! Unfortunately I was unable to schedule an appointment with my normal nail tech so I decided to schedule one at my old nail salon ATN. From the moment I called to the moment she asked me what color I told her that I wanted the full set that is $22. A man started to service me and asked me if this length was okay, I said sure and I proceeded to get my nails done. when I pointed out a flaw that was made (my nail was crooked) the nail tech told me that that's how my nail is made, and the woman interrupted and said my nails would be $25. When in fact my nails grow straight out and I never have a problem with my nail tech that I've been with for the last few years, and I called and told you face to face what I wanted (full set, $22). From then the woman that I had been talking to decided to finish my nails and I am not satisfied with the complete look. I can see they try customer service, but it's just not there. She really tried to upcharge me. No ma'am no ham no turkey! If foreign nail shops can't communicate correctly then they're going to slowly lose business which they should anyway. This nail shop has horrible customer service. Earlier today I witnessed a nail tech refusing to wash his has after he was in the back sneezing, coughing and balking up cold. He argued with the customer about even questioning him about washing his hands. That was unsanitary, because a female tech had to tell him to wash his hands. So refused services as well by him. A found lady that came in after me had an appt at 11:00. You would think they would have taken me next, but nope she went to the appt lady. I will not spend another dime with them. I got my nails done about 3 weeks ago with the SNS nails and it's still on my nails they haven't come off I've worked with water soaps and foods and still on my nails I was so amazed seeing this as most of the time the nail polish comes off but SNS is the best it's stayed on and also it's made my nails grow longer and stronger I'm a very happy customer Read Less

I received a poor fill, the worker was rushing and filled over some of the old polish. I told her I did not like the fill and pointed out the error...no apologies. .manager took over said I needed a full set. She had me soak which didn't take long but tried to make me wait while she did another customers fill! When I said something, she apologized to that customer and rushed through my nails. So the nail shop closes at 8pm and I get there maybe 7:25pm. I realize because of the lateness I wont be walking out with the biggest of grins, talking them up to the random strangers I encounter on my short walk to the car, let alone writing a stellar review here. Well... I wish I'd just went with my gut and done my pedi myself. I will say I've been here before but its been some time and I was happy but today what a disappointment! I couldnt understand what the lady was asking me, told her not to cut the cuticle, and she still did. To make it worse one of the other girls came to check if I was dry and ruined the polish, highlighting the poor job done and how unnecesarily thick it was layered on. All in all the worst visit yet. I found this nail salon and wish I wouldn't have. They were rude. They also do not have an airbrush machine. When my nails were finished I had to go to different salon to get redone because they looked so bad. Please save your self time and money and DON'T GO HERE. Read Less

atn nail and spa had the best services and product. they had all kind of nail, solar, dilkwrap, pink and white, gel pink and white, three color powder, three color gel, marble gel nail, mint wrap. their predicure is amazing, they delivered the product the way u wanted, andycindy always make u laugh.
