I would give these people a -5 if I could do it! Never, and I repeat ever, get your eyebrows done here! First off, they let this little old lady tried to arch eyebrows. When she went to go get someone to try to fix them, the woman was so rude that I would not let her touch me. She then had to nerve to say she was not going to charge me for the eyebrows and is doing me a favor! She is terrible! She is even worse with the doing nails. Well trained and mostly friendly staff. I've gone here probably 20 times and almost every trip I've made here I was pleased with how my nails, feet, and eyebrows looked. Occasionally there will be a newer/younger employee who isn't as skilled but the veteran nail techs always do a great job and take their time to make sure everything from the polish, to the nail shape and your cuticles matches what you want. they do not have a variety of nail colors. They are not up on all the new trends.  They also have too many personal conversations amongst themselves instead of interacting with the customers. Worst experience at a nail shop spoke with the front desk rep about what I wanted. Signed in like they claim they want us to. Sat for 40 mins waiting to get my eyebrows and feet done. Verses them reading off the sign they had people raising their hand as to whom was next. Four people that walked in after me all got serviced I never was serviced walked out...my aunt had a bad experience there previously as well. They didn't put the filling on her nail right she thought the man was going to fix it the man got to the part were it was time for him to apply the polish she let him know before hand she did not like it he cut her nails off told her to get out the shop she literally had to go to another shop to have them taking off....I'm spreading the word everytime someone talk about getting their nails done not to go to this shop Read Less

I got an eye infection after I got eye lash extensions. I usually get mink extensions and I have gotten them done many times without any issues. But something has changed and their infection control is lacking. I have been going here years, mainly to get my eye brows done but for years. Over the years, sometimes i would be greeted with great customer service. Other days, not so much. I dismissed it because i really liked the lady who does my eye brows. Today, i came to get a mani/ pedi with my daughter. The customer service was horrible. Kim, the owner, did not acknowledge us. She did not share any information about the wait time. People kept being seated before us. Supposedly, they all had appointments. Meanwhile, other techs were walking around on their phone showing off pictures and not doing anything. I tried to remain patient and offer understanding but their actions said they did not care if I spent my money there or not. I became very uncomfortable about staying there so I chose not to stay or ever return. I know my transaction will not make a difference to their establishment but I work hard for my money and should be made to feel comfortable and wanted where ever i should choose to spend it. My hubby and I went for pedi and me (nails). Unfortunately, the tech finished my hubby and just walked away -- no wait to dry, ty, nothing, and she never returned. My tech was somewhat friendly and did a good job, even held a convy. I've been with my daughter and she raves about the place, so does my niece, which is why I tried it on my own. I love this place. Especially the new renovations that they did. I'm a Cosmetologist so I could do my own nails but I prefer some me time. 2010 nails is the only nail shop that I trust with my nails. I'm very particular and I do report nail salons that are just nasty, but they are clean, funny, professional, clean, and quick. Cleanliness is very important! DO NOT BUT A GIFTCARD FROM 2010 NAILS!!! My sister purchased a $40 giftcard here on Dec 23, 2014 (and has a bank statement to prove it). I wanted a mani-pedi for my summer vacation, but their was no expiration date anywhere, so I used it on June 10 of this year. AFTER my mani-pedi, when I went to pay, they said the card had a $0 balance, but go ahead and pay and call the manager, Heather, the next day and she would refund my $40 after verifying the card history. Today is July 13, and Heather has strung me along, finally saying on 7/9 that she can't find any proof, but she would buy me another $40 giftcard. I responded that I didn't want that, just my $$ back. I'm on a limited budget, and I don't want anyone their ever touching my hands and feet again. The manicurist nicked the skin on my cuticle (an older man)! The sad thing is, I just bought a house in Florissant, and was looking for a good nail place for when I can afford to get my nails done. I went there on pure recommendation from a customer I meet at work. I walked and was greeted instantly I waited no longer than 10 minutes. I got a full set with gel overlay and a gel polish. I felt like he rushed through my nails but they end look was amazing he really knew what he was doing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my nail tech. He told me to apply to there membership where if your get so many points you get $10 off of any service. He introduced me to other clients and really made me feel welcomed. I personally feel like the salon wasn't as up to par. There are four waiting chairs and then a bench like sofa as soon as you walk in. I feel like they should definitely tidy the place up a bit. I spent $45 on my nails he said they would last three weeks. Proven awesome everytime! Even when I think its going to be horrible I walk out super satisfied, especially when this was my first time back in 3 years. Now I don't add on anything extra that wasn't given to me at birth so just basic mani pedi unless i feel like being extra doing the paraffin wax. Horrible experience. They jacked up my nails twice. They use 409 to clean their pedicure bowls. I paid $72 for a manicure and pedicure and not even 3 hours after I left my nails were chipped and my natural nail. Was broken. They filed my nails super short and just re did the same thing. Well. 12 hours later they're worse than before. They said either wait two weeks and get $10 off a manicure ( I leave for Florida tomorrow ) or pay $40 for tips to make them look how they did before. Nice place but expensive for a nail salon if you ask me. I used to go here for over a year and they almost always did a good job and I didn't mind paying extra cause I like the people who worked there and they are very gentle. BUT instead of appreciating my continued business to them they started messing up my nails and wanted to charge me for a redo. I was not impressed with this it made me feel like all they cared about was money. I have now started going somewhere else who doesn't charge me extra and appreciates my business. Anyhow like I said they are an OK place but they are expensive like $30-50 for a full set and ranges from $20-45 for a pedicure. They do have other features they do waxing, spa treatment, eyelashes and permanent make up. Also if you go here be prepared to spend some time there, they are not quick with it and for the outcome of the product is not worth it! I'm always up for checking out local places that I haven't been to.  What got me to check out 2010 Nail & Spa was a coupon on the back of my receipt from Dierbergs.  The coupon was for $4 off a pedicure of $23+.  This place has a lot of options, from mini-pedi ($23) to a full-on spa pedi for $45.  I went with the deluxe ($28) because I was in the mood for some extra pampering.  It included the usual stuff plus chair massage, foot & leg scrub, & wax dip.  My feet feel like a baby's bottom!  I also got a mini-mani ($12).  Thanks to the coupon, this all only cost me $36 (plus tip).  Not sure if it gets much better than this!  They have a lot of both mani & pedi stations and they accept walk-ins.  They also have some sort of rewards program (although I didn't have time to get more info about it).  This trip alone was enough to make me want to go back again though!
