I had used a gift certificate at another local nail salon, 2 hours after getting my nails done, i was involved in a car accident (nothing too serious lol) but one of my nails had broken. I was leaving on vacation the next morning very early. desperately needing my nail fixed, I walked into KC nails at 6:40 when they close at 7 and they got me right in and were so sweet to me. I have used KC before but, I will definetly be coming here from now on!

I was a regular at this place until I came in one day to get two of my toenails re-polished. I only asked for assistance from a nail tech to help me pick the shade that closely matched my paint. Instead, I was told that they were too busy and that the best person to help was the nail tech who originally did my pedicure (who wasn't there at the moment).

The lady Kim-is extremely rude to her customers and she gives the worst pedicures. I also got my nails done (gel nails) It was worst job I have ever seen. He didn't even paint the whole nail, so now a week later it's chipping off (which it shouldn't be since it's gel) and they looks like they need to be done again, and they should last two weeks, not a week. Definitely NOT going back there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I was in town for the Memorial Day weekend and I got a splinter stuck in the heal of my foot over a period of 48 hours it got so embedded in the heal of my foot, it was hurting like hell went and got a Pedicure and they were so kind and removed it! This is the neighborhood go-to favorite nail salon. I love coming here & seeing people I haven't seen in a decade. There is a reason they are so popular. The owner is extremely friendly, humorous & remembers everyone. Today I had to wait for a pedicure without an appointment. The wait was well worth it. I chose a new interesting polish color. My feet are looking & feeling good. I'll be back soon.

Finally got a day off from work so I came to get my nails done to relieve all my stress ! I wanted charcoal color but they didn't have it but the tech found the color closest to it and did an amazing job with the design :) The other staffs were so nice ! And my pedicure color looks absolutely amazing. First time here and definitely will be back! :) overall, very satisfied

Got and hand/arm message and a shoulder rub (which is kinda weird if you don't like to be touched) with my manicure. Will definitely be going back! Great prices and they take their time.

I could have done a better job at home myself. She didn't cut my cuticles good at all. I would come back again but I will not let the new girl work on me ever again. Just absolutely terrible!
