Lazy services period!! Lazy pedicure service received. Unsanitary tool usage between customers. Cleanliness of the shop is poor. Quick and sloppy but expect a huge tip. My last visit!!

They do a great job. Ward especially does an outstanding job. If you ever pay a visit to V P Nail Salon in Ferguson, MO. Ask for Ward. He does a superb job on your nails

Went here for years ONLY for Mary to do my nails after this last go round some1 else did my nails had them all uneven lumpy ect Mary then tried to fix and they still look a mess. This place is ultimately TRASH.

Went several times after I really loved my co-workers nails. The last time going was on yesterday after work. Went for pedicure and fill. Kim did my pedicure, didn't bother to turn on my seat massager...
Went several times after I really loved my co-workers nails. The last time going was on yesterday after work. Went for pedicure and fill. Kim did my pedicure, didn't bother to turn on my seat massager in the pedicure chair. She also does nails but didn't do my fill for whatever reason. I was assigned to a tech that was not as seasoned as I would have liked, she knicked my thumb nail while trying to remove the old gel polish with the wrong drill. My thumb was burned for about 20 minutes. I hopped up asking for someone else. She was upset, never apologized and began to talk about me in their language. The owner took notice and volunteered to finish my nails. She wasn't the friendliest, she ultimately did what she wanted to do with my fill. My nails length was uneven but she felt they were even. The owner was semi rude and dismissive with how I wanted my nails. She asked me to pay prior to applying the gel polish. Of course I didn't tip, so she had me wipe my own nails with alcohol and went on to another client. Very dismissive. NEVER AGAIN!

First off my wait was A HOUR & A HALF.. with like 4 people going before me and All I wanted was A full set. So I went to station 7 which was a man, he drilled my nails & put the nails on. Then they switched me to another lady in Station 4, she drilled My real nails more but really ruff & made me bleed . she rushed on my polish anddd gave me a old coating polish which left my nails with a lot of air bubbles. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! ITS CLEARLY ABOUT THE MONEY TO THEM & NOT THE NAILS.

I asked for powder instead of polish they said they knew how. They kept raising the price and did not do correctly then only one coat. My nails were trimmed to half of what they were supposed to be be...
I asked for powder instead of polish they said they knew how. They kept raising the price and did not do correctly then only one coat. My nails were trimmed to half of what they were supposed to be because of them not knowing how to do it. There are spots with nothing on them and what is there you can see through and is chipping they refused to give me my money back!! Do not go here!!

Love VP, they do quality work and my favorite person is David. He is the only one I allow to do my nails and they eyebrows are always on point. I haven't gotten any lashes done but I know they will do...

No sterilized utensils. And when asked if it regulated by the state he told me no and I can go somewhere else. I did and will never return. Who wants someone else bacteria and germs. Yuck!!!!

I asked for powder instead of polish they said they knew how. They kept raising the price and did not do correctly then only one coat. My nails were trimmed to half of what they were supposed to be because of them not knowing how to do it.
