Always a great experience here. I have gone to a couple other places and they never do as good of a job as Fashion Nails do. Only have had one bad experience where a nail fell of a day after getting them filled but they were nice about fixing it with no cost. One flaw is the wait, you may wait 5 mins some days and others you could wait an hour and they will always say it’ll only be 20/25 mom wait, I love them but the wait can be outrageous at times. I recently started coming back after 2 years from being away and as soon as I walked in Tina and Han both greeted me and asked where I have been that's it's been a long time. I asked for coffin shape once. Instead I got square. I kept telling the women, but she didn't seem to get it. I would get acrylic done each time. I switched it up between regular paint and gel. When I would get regular polish done. Sometimes they would charge me $13, and other times it would be $15 for a fill. Their prices always fluctuate. The last straw for me being a customer was when I wanted to get a gel fill. I got them done and when I went to pay they told me it was $30. They put the special gel fill on my nails. Which is not what I wanted. I believe in their pamphlet it says its $22 for a gel fill. I told them I wasn't paying for the special fill. They said I could pay $25 and kept saying how I need to be more specific. They tried to make it out to be my fault. No way in hell will I spend anymore money there. I got acrylic nails done here. They looked very fake and bulky compared to my real nails and did not look at all real. The polish didn't cover the whole nail either. Overall not a great finish. I got them redone at Amity Nails and they were slimmed down and fixed. It's always packed in here and no one helps you when you walk in, so if you don't go to get your nails done regularly and don't know what to do (like me) you'd get very confused. The only place I go for pedicures.  My favorite is the organic pedicurewith hot stone massage.  All of the employees are nice and professional.  They can get busy, but the wait is never more than a few minutes. Read Less

I had Tina my first time here and she was amazing. I loved the gel mani and pedi and mini massages you get with them. It can be a bit pricey but they tell you before they start how much everything will be. So there are no suprises. I'm already back today to pamper myself. The worst nail experience I've ever had, ANYWHERE! I had Kim, who was incredibly rough on my nails. I can handle pain, but she had me close to tears. Not once did she talk to me other than to ask my color and length that I wanted. Having asked for a full set, I showed her a picture of what I was wanting done, and they turned out terrible. Even though I asked for thick painted tips, she made them thin, showing exactly where the nail tip was glued on. They looked terrible. Not only that, but one tip broke off the very next day! And the rest off the nails either chipped off at the edges or came off entirely within a week! I couldn't believe how easily they fell off. Unfortunately I had asked for a full set and a color change for my toes at the beginning so I had to sit through that torture from her as well! To make it worse, another customer came in and was told to go to the station I had just had my manicure at. So instead of asking a worker or myself to move my personal items, she just started touching my phone, purse, and coat!!! I felt that was incredibly rude. I've been here a few time, each time they are available to help right away which is nice. The staff is really nice and my pedicure was relaxing. They have massage chairs as well which is a bonus! Prices are good too. This whole place is on point in my book. I'll definitely go back. Read Less

My friends and I regularly driver over an hour to get pedicures here. They are by far the best pedicures that I've ever had! (and they LAST for a couple of months, no peeling polish or scruffy heals in a week or two like with other salons) I highly recommend this place! Read Less
