I went in to get a manicure with shellac. The workers were already working on other customers, so I sat down. A girl, daughter of a worker, took me to a station and took off my nail polish. She then put lotion in a bag, put my hands in the bag, and then I put my hands in this warmer thing. I thought I was really going to get a good manicure, but boy was i mistaken! I sat for a while, and then a worker came over and wiped the lotion off my fingers and cut my cuticles. I went and washed my hands, and I was moved to another station with another worker to shellac my nails. The color I picked out wasn't as it seemed, so I asked them to change it before he got too far into painting them (two nails.) I asked them to change and they did, no big deal. That was the only reason I give them two stars instead of one. The shellac on my nails is so thin it doesn't look even and you can see the nail through it. Read Less

THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER HAD MY NAILS DONE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD COME IN AND INVESTIGATE. I TOOK MY DAUGHTER FOR HER FIRST TIME AND HAD MY NAILS DONE ALSO. WITHIN A FEW HRS MY NAILS STARTED TURNING YELLOW AROUND THE EDGES. I LEFT THEM A MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY AND THOSE RUDE IDIOTS HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Hours are listed today (Sunday) as closing at 6pm. I walked in at 3:45 and see that 2 customers are getting pedicures... An employee looked at me and said that they were closing early and to come back tomorrow... nope. Not going to waste my time again. Read Less

Came to Farmington to visit the family, and i got a gift card from this store. When i finally decided to come here to get a manicure and a pedicure i 100% regretted . Got a bad customer service, did a bad job on my nails, got mad when i ask to repaint them and finally when i got to the cashier they wanted to charged me extra. So i wouldn't recommend any one coming here and im for sure not coming back. Read Less

Horrible experience. I was there with my family to get my nails done before my wedding. I had the owner giving me a pedicure. He was the rudest person. I had a sprained ankle and let him know in advance which one to be a gentle with, he was tossing the foot around hitting it on the tub. Then when I asked for the color he said he could do, he gets the wrong color I let him know in advance that is not what I wanted (it didn't match for my wedding) and he gets even ruder. To the point where I ask for someone else to do my fingers nails and was told no. They ruined what should have been a fun day. I walked out with out getting my finger nails done and with toes not even close to how I wanted, and to top it off I left in tears. My family and myself will not be going back to a place that is that mean to customers. Read Less

As the place down the road had a wait, I decided to try this salon.  I can't believe they are still in business.  By far the worst pedicure I have ever had.  Woman who gave me pedicure looked like she wanted to kill someone.  Very painful.  The place was like a morgue.  I will never go back. The first time I came here was great, but the past two times they have made my cuticles bleed. They realize and say they're sorry but it's just not the result I want when I leave. The salon has a relaxing feel to it but I don't think I will be returning. :( Read Less

Took mom there for Mother's Day and had a great experience. I received advice from the pedicurist that I needed a different treatment than the package I asked for and gave it with no extra charge.We walked out feeling like special ladies! Read Less

This was the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. The man that did them took forever and they turned out all different sizes and lengths. I would not recommend this place to anyone go to Le Nails in Desloge, MO. They are the best I have been to. Read Less
